LOS ANGELES - Less than a week after Michael Jackson’s sudden death, multiple reports are beginning to surface that question whether Michael Jackson is the biological father of any of his children. One report even states that ex-wife Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of two of the singer’s children to whom she gave birth.

According to a report in Us Weekly, multiple sources claim to the magazine that Jackson’s dermatologist (and Rowe’s former boss), Arnold Klein, is the biological father to Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11.

Prince II's Birth Certificate -- No Mother Listed

We've obtained the birth certificate for Michael Jackson's youngest son -- which only lists the kid as having one parent ... Michael Jackson.

On the doc, Prince Michael Jackson II's father is listed as MJ -- but the space where Prince's mother is supposed to be named was left blank.

As we reported earlier this morning, Michael is not the biological father of his three children. In Prince Michael's case, the surrogate never knew she was carrying Michael's baby -- who was conceived in vitro.

And this is interesting ... Katherine Jackson apparently doesn't know Prince Michael's date of birth. Yesterday, in the guardianship papers, she listed his DOB as 1/21/02. The birth certificate says he was born on 2/21/02, one month later.

LOS ANGELES - A person with knowledge of Michael Jackson’s will says the singer’s mother gets custody of his children and his assets are to be put in trust.

The will, disclosed Tuesday, was created in July 2002 and named as executors Jackson’s longtime lawyer John Branca and John McClain, a music executive and a family friend, says the person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the topic.

A source tells msnbc.com that the Jackson family met on Tuesday and decided to file the will in probate court on Wednesday morning. The family hopes this will allow them to schedule the funeral as soon as possible, despite what the source described as disagreements among the family about the details of the will.

Word of the document came just a day after the family said in court documents it believed the entertainer had died without a valid will.

Jackson was recently in shaky financial health. In the most detailed account yet of the singer's tangled financial empire, documents obtained by The Associated Press show Jackson claimed to have a net worth of $236.6 million as of March 31, 2007. But less than $700,000 of that amount was in cash — a relatively paltry sum given his opulent lifestyle, prodigious borrowing and seven-figure shopping sprees.

Meanwhile, Sheriff's Lt. Butch Arnoldi said authorities met Tuesday based on speculation over a possible memorial at Neverland, but Jackson's family had yet to reach out to them for assistance with any kind of memorial.

Birth Certificates for Jackson's First 2 Kids

We've just obtained the birth certificates for Michael Jackson's first two kids -- Michael Jr. and Paris.

In both certificates, the father is listed as Michael Jackson. The mother listed is Deborah Rowe. The place of birth for Michael Jr. is Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. The place of birth for Paris is listed as Spaulding Pain Medical Center in Beverly Hills.

We've learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro -- outside the womb.

Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie's eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.

In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we're told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the "receiving parent" -- Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson's lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael.

We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it's not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there's a presumption that she's the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it's still an open issue with the courts.
