I think a big part of it is from the Greatest Generation.... Older Americans somehow believe McCain will take them back to the good ole days..

The Clinton Machine !!!! Hillary and Johnny are the best of friends. Clinton's have a few million to spare. Believe me, McCain is the republican nominee they want. There is no difference between McCain and Hillary.
