"Missing Presumed Dead," which won two film festival "Best Documentary" awards, explores McCain's successful attempt to pass a stealth bill in the Senate which effectively keeps his POW records sealed in perpituity and provides insight into why he does not want these records ever to be made public - including the revelation of the many propaganda radio broadcasts he delivered for the North Vietnamese. Kiley's group cites as evidence a May, 1973, U.S. News & World Report article by McCain in which McCain said he realized, on his third or fourth day of captivity after his plane was shot down in 1967, that his knee was so swollen the blood might pool in it and kill him, so he offered to give military information to his captors in exchange for medical treatment.

Consequently several military missions were compromised.

If McCain was a hero and behaved honorably while in captivity, why would he not want a full accounting of America's POW/MIAs. Was he worried some of them might testify negatively about his conduct? What other reason would move him to abandon our POW/MIAs?

Why he tried to block investgations, I'm not sure, but I know he has been traitor against the United States in the past decade, numerous times.

We must pull together and STOP with the Romney and Paul accusations, negative posts and articles. We are not going to get our perfect candidate, because we now only have 2 out of a field of 8, that are even acceptable. Why do a few members of this site, knowing we have hundreds of guest every hour, insist on painting our only choices in a bad light. Once again William has said to focus on McCain, Giuliani, Huckabee and the Dems and stop trying to defeat the main objective of this site. The invasion and colonization of our country cannot be stopped quickly, but at least for the first time we could have a seat at the immigration table. Enough already!!

McCain is an old man and a liberal RINO that will change nothing.
