I'm trying to get some local Nebraskans near the location of the Ft. Calhoun, NE (19 miles N of Omaha, NE) to either confirm or deny it.

The Japanese government refused to divulge the severity of the Fukusimi meltdown, completely denying meltdown had occurred for over two months, even though at least one of the plants there had a complete core meltdown within just 24 hours of the earthquake and ensuing tsunami.

Americans generally refuse to believe their own government would hide something from Americans like the Japanese to the Japanese.

Right now, the ALLEGATIONS are that there has been a major fire inside the Calhoun plant, that it has been put out, and there is a NOFLY ZONE still in effect for the air space over the plant.

Why would there be an active NOFLY zone if there were no imminent dangers of contamination, or possibly preventing civilian aircraft to meter radiation levels themselves with personal Geiger counters as they flew over the plant?

There is more information available in other countries than we have here.

Why should Americans be concerned?

It has to do with the record snow packs in the Rockies continuing to add flood waters to the already flooded Missouri River basin and the potential for radiation poisoning to flow out of the Calhoun plant downstream into other states, affecting millions of people. The Missour River is already being used to cool the four rods inside the Calhoun plant, and the water is immediately pumped BACK INTO THE Missouri River.

Is it contaminated? Is there really a Level 4 event at Calhoun? Is our government honest with us?
