A memo to the new House Majority and their Senate allies: Stick to your guns and don't yield an inch

It happened, thank God it happened - with the help of God and an army of angry and determined Americans, the United States of America can now begin to reclaim this nation from the hands of a power crazed horde of deranged socialist progressives.

On Tuesday the voters cast a whole slew of Democrats in the House of Representatives and a smaller number in the Senate, into the trash can handing control of the House over to Republicans.

While the Senate remains in Democratic hands, there are enough Republicans to help the House go about the job of stopping Barack Obama more or less dead in his Marxist tracks. Moreover, the GOP scored stunning victories in state contests, winning at least 26 governorships and capturing control in a number of statehouses.

President Obama’s reaction to all of this was hardly conciliatory, offering only to sit down with newly empowered Republicans and seek common ground on a number of issues. He showed absolutely no sign that he plans to retreat from his core agenda of imposing the Euro-socialist system upon the United States.

A word of advice to congressional Republicans: you may not fully realize it but you are in the drivers seat for the next two years if you have the courage and stamina to take the wheel and apply the brakes.

As just about everybody in the closed-mind media has noted you won’t be able to repeal some of the worst legislation the evil triumvirate of Obama, Pelosi and Reid shoved down the throats of the American people despite the clearest evidence that the voters were deadset against such moronic programs as Obamacare and the wanton spending of vast amounts of money the U.S. doesn’t have.

Obviously any attempts to repeal Obamacare will be met with a veto as will a host of other legislative steps designed to get America back on the road to fiscal and moral sanity.

House Republicans control the nation’s purse strings

But wait. House Republicans will have in their hot little hands some veto power of their own. They control the nation’s purse strings and they can put a lock on the treasury vaults simply by refusing to fund Obamacare and a host of other programs.

As has been pointed out in this space there is no need for a Department of Education which has been dumbing down America’s schools for decade.

All the Congress needs to do is to refuse to give that swollen bureaucracy one red cent. Ditto such outrages as National Pubic Radio.

Starve them and dozens of other programs, projects and Federal agencies which have been using the funds Congress has given them to war on the American people.

This is war, my friends. Don’t make the mistake of waving white flags at the enemy in an attempt to find some non-existent common which if reached, turns out to be a graveyard.

A memo to the new House Majority and their Senate allies: Stick to your guns and don’t yield an inch. Remember, you’ve got a lot of tea partiers and other alert Americans guarding your backs. Double cross them at your peril.
