Washington, D.C.-Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, issued the following statement today in response to news reports that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) plans to move an omnibus package of land and water bills.

“I stand in firm opposition to this package, the contents of which are still uncertain,â€

They want total control of all our food and water . They are talking about putting meters on our wells ! While at same time bringing in millions of legal and illegal resource users from third world nations .

Destroying our seeds with bio genetics and forcing farmers to use their seed and fertilizers at whatever price they choose to charge .

All these illegals and many legals will agree to whatever they ask long as the freebees keep flowing.
