If Mexican health care is so good and so affordable, why do Mexican sneak into the U.S. with their sick family members? BTW, it should be free, free, free to Americans, just like U.S. healthcare is free to illegals.

The Mexicans hospitals have a range of quality from substandard to world class. Our politicians passed a law requiring hospitals to offer emergency service without being paid first. The illegal aliens do not receive free care they ignore the bill or give false contact info.

If healthcare is available and comparable in Mexico, why were all the illegal Mexicans who were on dialysis at Grady Hospital in Atlanta crying about how they will die when the Grady clinic closed and they had to return to their own countries? And our citizens are going to Mexico for treatment?
