With Obamacare’s assault upon the rights of Catholic conscience in Catholic hospitals,

The freedom of religion is as profoundly threatened in the same way it had been equally assaulted in Soviet-occupied Poland (Nine Days That Changed The World).

Freedom of Religion is as threatened as if the Clinton Administration’s Attorney General, Janet Reno, and her FBI/ATF carnival act just outside of both the Koresh Compound and Ruby Ridge, were now surrounding the Vatican!Obama feels free to “push this envelope” all the way to the Supreme Court!

Why?

This is the Progressive New World Order Campaign to disown Americans of religious rights and ultimately to disarm all American citizens.

This first round to reaching the Obama Nation’s objective is, as must be said, not unprecedented! Waco and Ruby Ridge backfired but with little harm to the Clinton Administration. Clinton was reelected!Obamacare won’t prevent Obama’s reelection unless the Supreme Court declares it “unconstitutional.”

Clinton was reelected despite the obvious and subsequently repeated abuse of his own power in office. Not to mention his infamous lie to the American public: “I did not have sexual intercourse with that woman!”

Oral sex is not sexual intercourse?!

Such a legal distinction is now the style of Obama’s “Slick Willy” Justice Department and their daily sermons against Arizona’s right to defend itself against illegal aliens.

If Clinton could be reelected, Obama must feel that there’s little in the Obamacare legislation that would force him to leave office.

If Clinton could get away with Waco, Ruby Ridge, lying to the American public about Monica Lewinsky and still be reelected, Obama actually must get away with Obamacare.

Why?

The Supreme Court, with the Roe v Wade Decision, is already into hell for more than a penny. It cannot rule against Obamacare and not expect its legalized infanticide in the Roe v Wade Decision to go unchallenged.

Under the Clinton administration’s first term, 80 men, women and children died at Waco. Then, at Ruby Ridge, three persons died in a bloody encounter between Federal Forces and the Weaver family.

Why?

Clinton was determined, early on, to put his foot down about American individual freedom. Both the Waco Compound and Ruby Ridge were to be his and Attorney General Janet Reno’s opening statement to the people of the United States. At least 82 American citizens died from the ill-considered and, in the case of Ruby Ridge, homicidal decisions made by Clinton’s Federal Government in both encounters.

What has died so far under Obama’s watch is a few of America’s sworn enemies and the separation of church and state contained in the original vision of America. In regard to that sacred separation, Thomas Jefferson has been proven justifiably worried about the unilateral rights contained in an entirely independent and overly empowered Supreme Court.

The Clinton eight years in office softened up America for the likes of the Obama Nation to start lowering the Progressive Boom upon one of Obama’s declared enemies: the Constitution of the United States.If the Supreme Court does not rule against Obamacare?

Obama will most certainly be reelected!

Why do I think the Supreme Court will rule for Obamacare?

The Roe v Wade decision, passed by a decidedly bipartisan court, will not stand if Obamacare is ruled unconstitutional.

Both Roe v Wade and Obamacare rest on profoundly dubious and fundamentally un-American assumptions:
1- The words, “All men are created equal”, do not include gestating American infants. American feti do not have an “inalienable right to life”!

2- Obamacare allows no “freedom of religion”! Catholics can no longer object to paying for practices which defy their own, fundamental teachings. Why?! Have the foundations of America been entirely rewritten because one man, Barack Obama, wishes to “fundamentally transform the United States of America”?

3- The entire future of Obamacare is now being determined by the Supreme Court based upon the plaintiffs’ belief that Obamacare does not and cannot be justified under the “Commerce Clause.”

4- The entire future of a 100 year-old, undeniably Marxist attempt to control and actually constrict individual freedom and individual responsibility in America rests on the shoulders of the most independent Justice of the Supreme Court, Anthony Kennedy. The ultimate Court Decision will most likely not be rendered until June of this year.

5- Justice Kennedy’s life, given his seminally important decision in this matter, seems about as secure as Pope Benedict’s. The Pontiff is reported to be the target of assassins.

If Obamacare is defeated by the Supreme Court, then the Roe v Wade Decision’s rulings are equally under Constitutional question: the legalization of murder is decisively a defiance of The Declaration of Independence and the “right” to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”, not to mention an American infant’s inherent “equality”.

Once American consciousness is driven into what I call the “no man’s land” of legal arbitration, the dizzying double-talk of Harvard lawyers, such as the President himself, and the successful defiance of common sense by the Supreme Court Justices, entirely redefining what constitutes a human being?! After the Supreme Court’s approval of slavery with Dred Scott, is the legalization of infanticide all that surprising?!

No.

And, if that is not surprising, would a Supreme Court approval of Obamacare be all that “out of” the repeatedly twisted “ordinary” within the “enlightened despots” of a Supreme Court?

To protect Roe v Wade, the Supreme Court must decide in favor of President Obama and his Obamacare defiance of religious freedom. If the Supreme Court can defy the Judeo-Christian belief in the sacredness of human life, will that same court be reluctant to inevitably defy the freedom of religion?

Of course not, and, most assuredly, the Obama Nation knows that even more emphatically than I do. The Obama Nation would never have gotten near Congress let alone entered the White House if the Roe v Wade Decision had not been law of the land for 39 years. If Roe v Wade can summarily execute American gestating infants, what is the Obamacare’s dismissal of Catholicism’s religious rights?

“No problem!”

Obamacare, by comparison to Roe v Wade and in the minds of the Supreme Court Justices, is a mild infringement of American civil rights for the sake of Universal Healthcare.

Religious freedom, of course, is the second set of grounds for an argument against Obamacare. If, however, Obamacare passes the Supreme Court’s “commerce” test, religious freedom will not have a chance to appear in court before the Obama Nation, back in power, intentionally provokes violence in America.

Yes. The Obama Nation will push, push and push traditional America beyond human patience.

America’s point of no return was initially passed with Roe v Wade and the very American resignation with which legalized infanticide was received by the U.S. population. It reminds me of Germany’s silence before the growing Holocaust out of Hitler’s Final Solution.

The obvious and horrifying point of no return for the Supreme Court’s capacity to defend the undeniable barbarity of abortion had already been passed in 1857 with its Dred Scott Decision legalizing the insanity of Confederate slavery!Will the Supreme Court, hovering under an undeniably bipartisan Progressive Movement in both the White House and Congress, defy a decades-long “Progress” toward dismantling the entire meanings within both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution?

No!

Is there a silver lining to this nightmare?

There’s a fire-filled cloud to it!

When the Supreme Court’s Dred Scott decision decided in favor of the Confederacy, the Civil War began within three years.

The 2012 Supreme Court’s possible Decision in favor of Obamacare might very well push America and Americans to the brink.

Toward a Second Civil War.

Impossible?!
The Devil’s Pilgrimage Part Two will discuss such a nightmare’s inevitability. If Obamacare, like the Dred Scott Decision, is considered acceptable by the Supreme Court, the Obama Nation will eagerly await the ensuing outbreak of Civil War. Such a Progressive Inevitability has been included in the promise of “flexibility” which Obama assured Vladimir Putin’s neo-Soviet puppet, Dimitri Medvedev.
