White House Won’t Take ‘No’ for an Answer on Free Speech Limits



The Heritage Foundation’s Hans von Spakovsky has uncovered a draft executive order which would enact regulations to limit free speech around elections. These regulations have already been rejected by the Supreme Court, Congress, and the FEC over the course of the last year.

The order, leaked to von Spakovsky and first released through Pajamas Media, would require federal contractors to disclose the private election contributions of their officers and directors.
