Ignoring Voters

What upsets me most is the lack of awareness by our representatives or even the likeliness of their listening to their constituents and voting the way the majority desires. The health care issue is only one of many examples where the American majority has stated in poll after poll that they do not want Obamacare—which would result in an immense transfer of power to the Executive Branch that has ever happened; yet, Congress ignores this and instead votes in a way that would help them and their state. What has come out of Obamacare—the arm-twisting, the pay-offs for votes, the greed, the righteousness, the secret meetings behind closed doors in the dead of night when we were promised “transparencyâ€

A large misconception is around that we should impeach Obama. This is not a good way to go. If we Impeach Obama, that is indicating that he was legally elected to office. However, as he has yet to prove his status as a Natural Born Citizen (and looks more like he is involved in Fraud), the recourse we should take is to indict him in a court of law, charging him in Federal Fraud, misrepresentation, etc. etc. If we impeach him, all the laws and statues that he has put into power stand. But if we do the right thing, and put him in jail, all the laws, and people he has nominated for higher offices, such as the Supreme Court, will be void. That would include all of his "reforms" such as the Health Care Reform. Do not Impeach Obama. Arrest his a^&.
