Looks to me like this is a natural occurrence not a man made GW crises because cars and very little industry were around before 1851 and it looks like the receding started long before that. They need to look to the sun for the ansewer

IMHO ice is a wax/wain planetary phenomenon that takes thousands of years. The earth has been covered in ice and it has also been nearly void of ice. A global warming carbon tax socialistic economically destructive attempt to harness mother nature will not stop the sun from playing "now you have it now you don't" with the ice on earth..

Notice from 1964 to 2001 it didn't retreat AT ALL!! We sure put plenty of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere during that period. It might have even advanced then retreated back during this period but they don't show us that.

Good point. I support clean air. But not this carbon cap and trade farce.
