Re: Texas State Board of Education Could Change Textbooks Na

When one of the voters returned my call last month, she said the votes (15 of them) were close but she felt they (Patriots) will win.

I remember she said 3 were Independents, 7 were Conservatives, and 5 were Liberals.

If it did go thru, I would hope that our schools would keep the old books with the REAL history until the next 10 years is up in 2020.

Hitting them in the pocketbooks is the only way to stop the Progressives trying to change or omit our history.

    * Removing references to Daniel Boone, General George Patton, Nathan Hale, Columbus Day and Christmas.

    * Including the cultural impact of hip-hop music, ACLU lawyer Clarence Darrow and the Hindu holiday of Diwali.

As long as public education has no real competition, they'll continue to ram this crap down our throats.

Perhaps now is the time to demand school vouchers.
