    Good question. The money certainly will not be going to the "volunteers". But someone will be getting that money...taxpayer money. I would like to see an itemized summary of where every dime of that money ends up. And I have heard that sometimes these "volunteers" are used for lobbying. That is not in the spirit of volunteering. Volunteering is about helping the sick or elderly or hungry.
