New Black Panther leader Quanell X: America ‘on the verge of a civil war’

While appearing on Fox Radio’s “The John Gibson Show” this week, New Black Panther Partyleader Quanell X said the United States is on the verge of a second bloody civil war over police actions involving Michael Brown, Eric Garner and Tamir Rice, Breitbart.com reported Friday. The statement came after the two discussed the shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice in Cleveland.
“My biggest concern with this Mr Gibson, is if there is not a significant change of attitude and mindset of police officers in the inner cities of black America, this country is on the verge of a civil war,” he said. He also suggested that white police officers not be used in majority black communities.

Gibson, however, had a different take. While agreeing that the Eric Garner case should have brought about an indictment, Gibson suggested that citizens obey police to prevent being shot.
It’s not the first time activists have warned of widespread violence. As we reported last Saturday,Ferguson protesters were captured on video openly calling for a Communist revolution. Others have advocated genocide — the deliberate and systematic murder of all white people — while some have called for the murder of former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.
Last week, two St. Louis-area Black Panther leaders were arrested after allegedly trying to buy explosives for use in Ferguson. Although they reportedly plotted to blow up the Gateway Arch and allegedly plotted to murder St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson in separate acts of domestic terrorism, Eric Holder’s Justice Department has limited the prosecution to minor gun charges.
Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has also advocated violence to “tear” the country apart, going so far as to tell parents to teach children how to throw Molotov cocktails. “Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can. Fight,” he said.

USA Today quoted another activist who said that “some” are going to have to die for the “cause,” whatever that may happen to be at the time. “It’s sad to say, but this is the new civil rights movement for our generation, and there will be casualties and there should be bloodshed,” said 27-year-old Jay Daniels.

In 2011, we first asked if liberals really want a second civil war in America. There were other issues and other problems on the front burner at the time, but the players were essentially the same. Occupy Wall Street protests broke out not too long after that article’s publication, with the usual calls for revolution. Now, the usual cast of leftists are out fanning the flames of racial hatred and it’s beginning to look as though a growing number really want war and bloodshed. So much for “hands up, don’t shoot.”

He sounds hopeful to me. The New Black Panthers, who have been protected by Eric Holder in his position of Attorney general, are noted for their support of white genocide in South Africa - folks should take notice. The "demonstrations" that are being carried out in cities at the direction of the Nation of Islam and the New Black Panthers are reminiscent of a giant Klan rally. So if we substitute the names Action Network, New Black Panthers or Nation of Islam for KKK aren't we looking at exactly the same perceived sentiment on race? I really hate a hypocrite. JMO
