§ Nearly 2 out of 3 foreign-born California residents (6.8 million) are either U.S. citizens or are eligible to naturalize and vote.

§ Immigrant voters and their children will likely represent nearly 30% of all potential voters by 2012.

§ Immigrants and their children make up 41% of California’s population.

§ Of all children in California, 48% have at least one immigrant parent.
Most of this is because of the Anchor Babies who SHOULD NOT be U.S. Citizens or legal at all anyway.

Most of this only proves how important it is that we start strictly enforcing our immigration laws, securing our borders, and deporting aliens. Or the rest of the country WILL end up like California!!

These statistics are NOT arguments FOR amnesty, they are arguments for stronger enforcement!!!!

The Southwest is way overpopulated already. It was never meant to have 60-70 million people. Las Vegas may run out of power AND water within the next decade if the drought continues. That's just the normal state of the region.

Re: New Report Details California Immigrant Contributions

§ Immigrant households make up 27% of the total household income in California,

§ Immigrants and their children make up 41% of California’s population.
Right there you have a 14% gap between what they contribute and what they consume. Since legal immigrants are lumped in with the illegals, I am sure the illegals gap is at least twice this, 30% or more, probably closer to 50%. They take two times what they contribute.
