    NOGALES - City officials in Nogales have confirmed the discovery of another tunnel there. The City Manager tells News 4 it was found Monday afternoon near Robins Avenue and International Street.

    Robins Avenue is closed while crews survey the damage. We're told whoever dug the tunnel cut through concrete and tapped into the sewer system. There is raw sewage backed into Mexico and it may eventually affect residents in Nogales, Arizona. Right now, we don't know how big the tunnel or how long it has been in use. We'll bring you more information as we get it.
