The Republican National Convention continues on Tuesday evening, and tonight’s featured speakers will include: First Lady Melania Trump; Secretary of State Mike Pompeo; Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY); Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds; Nicholas Sandmann; Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron; Eric and Tiffany Trump.


Tonight’s theme is “Land of Opportunity.”

8:58 PM: Cris Peterson, a Wisconsin dairy farmer, talks about how her 120-year-old barn caught on fire, and how Trump’s economic boom started to help dairy farmers across the United States. She says Trump has acknowledged the influence of farming and agriculture more than any president in her lifetime, and that gave her the confidence to rebuild her dairy farm. She praises Trump for knowing that agriculture is our backbone and strength and critical to our national security.


“That support and focus on negotiating new trade deals gave us the confidence to rebuild our barn and dairy operation,” she says.


8:57 PM: James Joyce, a Maine lobsterman, praises Trump for ending European tariffs and respecting the views of fisherman unlike Biden, who will be held captive by environmentalists. He says Trump listens to working people like himself. He says he didn’t support in 2016 but Trump followed through on his promises to fishermen like him.

8:52 PM: Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) says he is proud of the job Trump has done as president even though he doesn’t always agree with him. He says Trump gets things done, citing issues like criminal justice reform (First Step Act). Paul says it sought to undo the harms that people like Biden did to lock up a generation of young black men. Paul says Biden bragged about a bill that still wreaks havoc among people of color. Paul praises Trump for not wanting to fight endless wars and leaving blood and treasure in Middle East quagmires. He says Trump is the first president in a generation who wants to end wars instead of starting them. Paul points out Biden voted for the Iraq War, and he says he fears Biden will choose war again and spill our blood and treasure abroad. He says to vote for Trump if you hate war like he hates war or hate sending billions to build the infrastructure of other countries.

8:40 PM: Bank robber John Ponder, who started an organization that helps prisoners to reintegrate into society after finding God, tells his personal story. Ponder talks about how former FBI agent Richard Beasley, who arrested him, treated him and realized then that he could start programs to do something similar for other prisoners about to be released. Trump welcomes Ponder to the White House and says Ponder’s life is a beautiful testament to the “power of redemption.” Trump says when Ponder was in prison, he started reading the Bible and listening to Christian radio (Billy Graham). Trump says Beasley and Ponder are best friends, and Beasley is with Ponder at the White House. Trump praises Ponder’s organization, Hope for Prisoners, for showing citizens that they are not forgotten and can find redemption. Ponder says he gave his life to Jesus and made a promise that he would spend the rest of his life helping people in circumstances like his.

8:36 PM: Myron Lizer, the Vice President of the Navajo Nation, says his people have never been invited into the American dream until Trump took office. He praises Trump for signing a proclamation recognizing missing and Native Americans and always making it “a priority to repair the relationship” between his people and the federal government. He also praises Trump for nominating “strong conservative judges like Neil Gorsuch, who supports Native American rights.”


8:35 PM: After a video about American exceptionalism, the second night of the RNC opens up with a prayer from Pastor Norma Urrabazo of International Church of Las Vegas. Leighanne Ball, a military spouse, then recites the Pledge of Allegiance.

8:30 PM: CNN’s Jake Tapper rips Trump and the GOP for shattering all norms. He says if Democrats did what Trump is doing, Republicans on Capitol Hill would probably be “rioting.”

President Trump Issues Full Pardon to Jon Ponder Before His RNC Appearance (VIDEO)

President Trump issued a full pardon to Jon Ponder Tuesday evening before his RNC appearance.


Jon Ponder was a convicted bank robber with a very troubled past who turned his life around in prison after reading the Bible and listening to evangelist Billy Graham.

Ponder grew up in New York and got involved in gang banging as a young teen. After getting arrested for armed robbery at 16, Ponder spent the next two decades in and out of jails.

Ponder founded the nonprofit “Hope for Prisoners” and spoke Tuesday evening next to Richard Beasley, the FBI agent who arrested him.


“Two years ago I was honored to tell Jon Ponder’s story of transformation in the Rose Garden on the National Day of Prayer,” Trump said. “Today, I am thrilled to welcome him back to the White House.”

“Jon’s life is a beautiful testament to the power of redemption,” Trump said, noting Ponder “dedicated his life to Christ” while he was still in prison.

“He has created one of the most successful reentry programs, Hope For Prisoners, in Las Vegas,” Trump said. “Hope for prisoners is a movement that began as a dream, in a tiny prison cell, and is now making a difference in the lives of thousands, truly bringing hope that there is an opportunity and a community that is waiting and willing to offer them a second chance.”

“I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have the opportunity to speak here today,” Ponder said at the White House. “Not so long ago, my life was running from the police, fearing the police, and avoiding the police.”

“Today, praise God. I am filled with hope,” Ponder said. “I am a proud American citizen who has been given a second chance. My transformation began in a prison cell.

Former Covington Catholic High School Student Nick Sandmann finally told his story tonight at the RNC 2020 Convention.


In January 2019 the liberal media branded a group of innocent Catholic boys in MAGA hats at the March for Life in Washington DC as hateful racists.


The media ran with the false narrative that the children abused and harassed a Native American man who was beating a drum in a kid’s face.


The entire media narrative was incorrect and manufactured but the liberal mainstream media didn’t care.


The children received numerous violent death threats and the school faced threats of shootings and bombings.


In July Nick Sandmann’s attorneys settled with the Washington Post.

According to one of Nick’s attorney who contacted The Gateway Pundit — Nicholas Sandmann agreed to settle with the Washington Post because the Post was quick to publish the whole truth—through its follow-up coverage and editor’s notes.

The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Sandmann and his attorneys still have lawsuits still pending against:

Rand Paul: ‘Joe Biden Will Continue to Spill Our Blood and Treasure’ in Foreign Wars

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned that former Vice President Joe Biden would “continue to spill our blood and treasure” in overseas wars if elected president, offering his comments during his featured address as part of the Republican National Convention’s (RNC) second evening on Tuesday.


Paul stated that Biden has “consistently called for more war,” recalling his support for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq while a senator.

Paul said:

I’m supporting President Trump because he believes as I do that a strong America cannot fight endless wars. We must not continue to leave our blood and treasure in Middle East quagmires I flew with him to Dover Air Force Base to honor two soldiers whose remains were coming home from Afghanistan.

I’ll never forget that evening. I can tell you the president not only felt the pain of these families, but that the president is committed to ending this war. President Trump is the first president in a generation to seek to end war rather than start one. He intends to end the war in Afghanistan. He is bringing our men and women home.

Madison once wrote, “No nation can preserve its freedom in the midst of continuous warfare.” I’m proud to finally see a president who agrees with that. Compare President Trump with the disastrous record of Joe Biden, who had consistently called for more war. Joe Biden voted for the Iraq War, which President Trump has long called the worst geopolitical mistake of our generation.

Joe Biden will continue to spill our blood and treasure. President Trump will bring our heroes home. If you hate war like I hate war, if you want us to quit sending fifty billion dollars every year to Afghanistan to build their bridges instead of building them here at home, you need to support President Trump for another term.

Paul has cautioned of a “war caucus” composed of “war advocates” among both Democrats and Republicans pursuing indefinite U.S. military involvement in Afghanistan.

Melania is the most gracious and beautiful First Lady in American history.
Melania has been a rock for this president and a courageous example to all American women.

Melania Trump, “It is my greatest honor to serve you… Thank you to all who serve our country in our military.


Melania spoke about her trips to Europe and Africa and her visit to the slave coast. And she called out the rioters and looters. “Everyday we must remember that we are one nation under God.”

So refreshing to not have a First Lady who flew all over the country and around the world, that hated our country, mouthing off and giving our money away like the last one did!

A First Lady whose job is to welcome guests to our country and our White House with grace. A First Lady who is gracious, soft spoken, who listens, and cares about our children, our Veterans, our military, all those who serve, and the people whose lives that are being destroyed by drugs in this country.
