The Ratbastards put all resources to use in Manhattan during the storm and left the outer boroughs snow bound for who knows how long. We didn't have a plow go down our street until well after the storm was over. There is still 8 to 12 inches of snow in the street. But if you see any pics of Manhattan on live TV you can barely tell it snowed.
