O.C. lawsuit challenging Obama birthplace dismissed

U.S. District Judge David O. Carter this morning dismissed Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz’s lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen and so is not the country’s legitimate president.

Carter ruled (link to the decision is below) that the federal courts do not have the constitutional powers to remove a sitting president. He also sharply criticized the conduct of attorney Taitz, caller her actions unethical and possibly illegal.

Taitz said last week that she would appeal the matter if the case was dismissed.

Taitz says that Obama may have been born in Kenya or Indonesia - and that even if he was born in the U.S., he’s not a natural-born citizen because his father was Kenyan. Legal experts have generally considered natural-born citizens to be anyone who was born in the U.S., regardless of parents’ citizenship - but a specific definition is not given in the Constitution and the Supreme Court has never ruled on the matter.

However, Carter never got to the substance of these charges, examining instead the federal courts’ powers under the U.S. Constitution to remove a sitting president.

“In order for Plaintiffs’ alleged injury to be fully addressed, Plaintiffs would have the Court intervene, upheave the results of a national election, declare the President illegitimate, shut down the functioning of the government of the United States, and leave this country defenseless,â€

They shouldn't be asking to have him removed, just verify the validity of the election and his ability to even run. Verify that, then let Congress impeach him.

Sounds like Carter passed the buck.

Nah ... it'll be game over once BHO dies at whatever ripe old age the Good Lord has planned for him, and then the privacy protections fall away. Give it another 30, or 40 years ... maybe 50 max.

Judge Carter, up to this point, has shown uncharacteristic integrity for a Federal Judge - and he had the trial and other hearings scheduled into 2010.

I knew that if he had anything shady in his past, 'they' would find it and use it against him. 'They' found something - the so-called chicago way is working overtime.

Did you know that an employee of the law firm that handles all of the birth-certificate cases against the obamanation was recently hired by Judge Carter as a clerk? Additionally, this law firm also employees Anita Mao Dunn's husband - Anita is on record as praising the communist Mao and blowing off the 60+ MILLION Chinese that he murdered. Smell a rat yet?

The fact of the matter is that ANYONE (legal citizens) living in the US have what is called 'standing' in a legal case against the Kenyan-Usurper/obamanation. Why? Because the Usurper has signed all sorts of unconstitutional executive orders and legislation, some of which affects probably American to some degree. That IS standing!!
