A former federal prosecutor says the truth is starting to seep out about the Obama Administration’s “brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton” and “frame an incoming president with a false Russian conspiracy,” according to an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Joe diGenova, a former federal prosecutor, connects the dots on former Obama administration Justice Department and FBI officials who may have “violated the law, perhaps committed crimes” to politicize law enforcement and surveillance against political opponents.

He says former FBI Director James Comey conducted a fake criminal investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as they “followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, with no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. That’s not an investigation. That’s a Potemkin village. It’s a farce.”

DiGenova condemned the FBI for working so closely with the controversial Fusion GPS, a political hit squad paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create and spread the discredited Steele dossier about President Donald Trump. Without a justifiable law enforcement or national security reason, he says, the FBI “created false facts so that they could get surveillance warrants. Those are all crimes.” He adds, using official FISA-702 “queries” and surveillance was done “to create a false case against a candidate, and then a president.”

In this highly detailed video interview, he holds up an unreported April 2017 99-page FISA court opinion that “describes systematic and on-going violations of the law [by the FBI and their contractors using unauthorized disclosures of raw intelligence on Americans]. This is stunning stuff.”

DiGenova thinks Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike, the DNC’s private security firm, were among the redacted contractors of the FBI.

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, who knows who the redacted contractors were, may release more information.

Was Fusion GPS pitching and funding journalists to run smear and propaganda campaigns for the Democrats? DiGenova says journalists were definitely paid by Fusion GPS. If it is true, he says, “it’s the complete antithesis of American journalism and the first amendment.”

“Law enforcement is being corrupted and media is being bought,” portends badly he says. Noting the elite media’s supposed outrage about governmental power and institutions during Watergate, diGenova says “the only thing the American journalism community seems to care about now is destroying Donald Trump.”

In the video interview, diGenova discusses the heroism of NSA Admiral Mike Rogers who briefed Trump when he was president-elect, on Nov. 17, 2016 about the controversial governmental surveillance. This resulted, he says, in Trump’s presidential transition being moving out of Trump Tower to Bedminster, N.J., until it could be debugged.

The litigator also discusses the Uranium One scandal, the “tainted” Mueller special counsel investigation and the heroism of Nunes, who is under intense pressure from a united Democrat front.

DiGenova has no doubt that if Democrats gain control in November, there will be an effort to impeachTrump. The Democrats are trying to delay any efforts by Republicans to find the truth.

“It’s important for the House to complete its work now,” he says.

When I speak of the hero who brought down Obama and the Democrats, I’m not talking about the American people who elected Donald Trump.

I’m not even talking about Trump himself, certainly a good candidate for this distinction.
Instead, I’m talking about a man whose name you likely haven’t heard.
Retiring NSA Director, Admiral Mike Rogers is the man of whom I speak. Rogers risked all as he courageously stood up against the most corrupt government in American history, overseen by the most diabolical president ever, Barack Obama.

Rogers blew the whistle on the illegal sharing of FISA information on people working in conjunction with the crooked Hillary Clinton campaign, as they plotted with the intelligence community to defeat Donald Trump.
Below is a full timeline of Rogers’ actions:

• November 2015-April 2016 – The FBI and DOJ’s National Security Division (NSD) uses private contractors to access raw FISA information using “To” and “From” FISA- 702(16) & “About” FISA-702(17) queries.
• March 2016 – NSA Director Rogers becomes aware of improper access to raw FISA data.
• April 2016 – Rogers orders the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance.
• April 18 2016 – Rogers shuts down FBI/NSD contractor access to the FISA Search System.
• April-September 2016 – Rogers continues his investigation.
  
• September 26 2016 – DOJ’s NSD Head John Carlin files the Government’s proposed 2016 Section 702 certifications. The filing does not disclose the FISA Abuses. Carlin is aware of Rogers’ compliance review. The 2016 certifications are scheduled for Court approval on October 26, 2016.
  
• September 27 2016 – Carlin announces he is resigning. Mary McCord will later assume his position.
• October 15, 2016 – Carlin formally leaves the NSD.
• Mid-October 2016 – DNI Clapper submits a recommendation to the White House that Director Rogers be removed from the NSA. Clapper’s effort fails.
• October 20 2016 – Rogers is briefed by the NSA compliance officer on the Section 702 NSA compliance audit and “About” query violations.
• October 21 2016 – Rogers shuts down all “About Query” activity. Rogers reports the activity to DOJ and prepares to go before the FISA Court.
• October 21 2016 – DOJ & FBI seek and receive a Title I FISA probable cause order authorizing electronic surveillance on Carter Page from the FISC. At this point, the FISA Court is unaware of the Section 702 violations.
  
• October 24 2016 – Rogers verbally informs the FISA Court of Section 702(17) violations.
• October 26 2016 – Rogers formally informs the FISA Court of 702(17) violations in writing.
• October 26, 2016 – The FISA Court refuses to formalize the 2016 Section 702 certifications. A complete overhaul of Section 702 processes ensues.
  
• November 17 2016 (morning) – Rogers travels to meet President-Elect Trump and his Transition Team in Trump Tower. Rogers does not inform DNI James Clapper.
• November 17 2016 (evening) – Trump Transition Team announces they are moving all transition activity to Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey.

I highlighted some of the more key actions by Rogers to illustrate how America came to the knowledge we possess today.

Carlson concludes:

“We will never understand what Rogers did for our country.”
He continues, “and we would never have known of the spying and FISA violations without him as the intelligence community was caught unaware by the upset presidential race and was working hard to cover up its illegal conduct.”

Understand the roles of John Carlin and DNI James Clapper, and you only begin to understand how the Deep State plotted its coup against candidate-Trump, as well as President Trump.
Democrats can ignore this chain of events all they want. However, the genie is out of the bottle, gained weight and can’t get back in.
The future of the Democratic Party can only be saved when they begin the first step of the 12-Step process: admit your wrongs.
