So, I checked out the youtube audio linked to in the thread and believe it's important to show people here how propaganda vectoring works, for here is a prime example. The Youtube audio piece is called:

And while Obama does mention his desire to modify the US Constitution to redistribute wealth, no where does anyone highlight what is probably the most frightening message delivered in that audio segment, namely, Obama's desire to move away from negative logic in the US Constitution.

In other words, Obama wants to move away from a 'charter of negative liberties'. He is suggesting a return to Roman Law. He wants a system where gov't tells you everything is illegal except what they tell you that you CAN do.

Guess the Founding Father got it all wrong, eh? Where's Ron on this one, he should be blasting this all over the airways.

So, the vectoring is away from perhaps the most draconian proposed change in our system of gov't to a discussion about economic redistribution of wealth, which is already occurring through this boom-bust bubble economy we are already living through. The lesser is what is focused on here, not the greater, which is totally ignored by the youtube poster and the discussion in the RPF thread mentioned above.

This is vectoring! This is how they get you to look at one hand while the other hand does something worse to you. This is how your thinking is controlled and directed by all forms of media. This is why independent thought and analysis is so crucial, as even in what someone would perceive as anti-establishment rhetoric, they sneak-in slight-of-hand thought persuasion. This is why I've recently begun a push for serious and continued discussion of propaganda techniques as well as discussion of day-to-day propaganda examples.

Actually, Newt Gingrich brought it out today on the Neal Cavuto show on Fox News. You won't get it on MSNBC, NBC, CBS, maybe ABC now that the Obama camp has decided hard questions aren't allowed and so they are boycotting the Florida ABC channel that did the interview with Biden. LOL

Good let ABC get a feel of what other stations get when asking hard questions. Then Joe the Plumber's information is hacked in government computers. You think Obama is for civil liberties? Ya right.
