I'm my own person and make my own determinations based on the facts before me. To date there has been no credible evidence to substantiate the claim that Obama isn't a citizen. If, and when, such evidence is provided - I'll be the first to jump for joy. However, until proof is provided, I'll continue to label it as a conspiracy theory.

Given that he was born in Kenya, and that his HI Birth Certificate is a forgery, and

-- never became a naturalized citizen
-- never was born here in the first damn place...
then surely he's revered by the very illegals who will vote for him
Being born of US parents (even in Kenya) gives him legal status/citizenship from age 18 up

The validity/authenticity of his HI birth certificate is at issue.

The Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations will not allow politicians or the media to question Obama's country of birth [Kenya]. Hillary could have shut him down, but even "the smartest woman in the world" wasn't allowed to question this.

The petition is a request for the Superior Court of California in Sacramento County to issue a peremptory writ barring Secretary of State Debra Bowen "from both certifying to the governor the names of the California Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until such documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a 'natural born' citizen of the United States and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain."

It continues with a request for a writ barring California's electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until documentary proof is produced.

You might recall that Alan Keyes ran against Bush in the primary, and shame on Republican voters for failure to elect him. We wouldn't be in this mess today if Alan Keys had been elected.
