Obama Elevates LBJ’s Legacy

It’s not enough that the Narcissist-in-Chief keeps popping up like a Netflix ad, which is irksome by itself. But he has now manifestly broken Bill Clinton’s record for malfeasance. He mocked our soldiers by showing up for a photo op at Dover Air Force Base to feign honor for our fallen troops even as he refuses to send our military commanders the resources they urgently need.

Obama’s cavernous lack of concern for others is certainly typical enough for a narcissist. It’s especially abrasive when he uses our fallen heroes for a photo op as his generals have been pleading for help since August 30th. How many of those dead soldiers would be alive but for Barry’s endless dithering? It’s beyond all reason that any human can be so depraved as to shine a spotlight on our dead soldiers to provide cover for his disastrous mishandling of the Afghan war.

Unrepentant Nazi collaborator, George Soros has far too much leverage over Obama’s Afghanistan non-decision making. Irrespective of what the moon bats on the left believe, a mediocre ten year old can understand why our troops can’t simply pack up their gear and go home. The Taliban would quickly seize control of the Af/Pak border area. Worse, they would have a clear path to Pakistan’s nukes.
These are not the DIY missiles that Iran and North Korea are furiously constructing on Obama’s watch. These are out of the box, ready to go nuclear warheads.

Rumor has it that the Ditherer in Chief will most likely give General McChrystal half of the troops he has been pleading for, as a way to ensure disaster for our military.

The simplest description of General McChrystal’s strategy is to get the Taliban in something of a vise grip, caught between both US and Afghani troops. It’s a well crafted plan from a seasoned expert. Don’t ever take your eye off of Pakistan’s nukes.

De facto secretary of state and D- student, John Feckless Kerry has taken it upon himself to make embarrassingly inconsequential animadversions about the war, including the recommendation that our commanders on the ground consider using Afghanis to help fight the war.

Gosh, how come nobody thought of that before?

Afghanis will abandon the Taliban in droves and join the counter insurgency if we can convince them that we are willing and able to defeat the Taliban. We need the additional troops for that.

Kerry, you may recall, could not defeat George W. Bush in 2004 and spent 30 minutes in Viet Nam to garner photo ops for himself. Naturally, democrats regard him as a vastly superior military expert than Generals McChrystal and Patraeus.

For one as self obsessed as Barack Obama, he is not at all mindful of what his wretched performance as Commander in Chief will mean to his all-important legacy. It’s worth noting that upon leaving office, LBJ was not bombarded with lucrative book deals and speaking engagements. Nor do I recall anyone running for office as Johnsonesque.

It’s becoming too awful to even ponder what the term Obamaesque will come to mean.
