Yes I saw that. Michelle looked just awful. I thought how in the world did she pick that dress. UGH.

Now it makes sense. These dumb people that voted for this guy are going to either be sooooooooo disappointed and know they've been lied to or he is going to go so far left that the country will wake up and reverse things.

Oh, come on! Anarchist/socialist colors? What? You can't wear red and black at the same time without some political message? This is getting totally insane!

NEW YORK (AP) -- Michelle Obama's striking red-and-black dress worn Tuesday night as her husband became president-elect of the United States was designed by Narciso Rodriguez.

President-elect Barack Obama and his wife Michelle and their daughters Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7.

It was based on a style shown during Rodriguez's spring '09 runway show in New York.

Meanwhile, President-elect Barack Obama wore the same style dark-navy suit custom-made by Hart Schaffner Marx that he wore at the Democratic Convention, the company says. Hart Schaffner Marx makes its suits in the Obamas' home state of Illinois.

The couple's daughter Malia wore a red bubble-hem dress, and younger daughter Sasha wore a black dress with a bow.

Gotta agree, Gogo! That is the ugliest dress I have ever seen in my life! Wasn't there some sort of fashion consultant around? A Hillary pantsuit would have been 100 times better.

I'm sick of the whole damned thing.

Narciso Rodriguez should have his pencils and scissors taken away!
And I can't believe we are here debating FASHION, but I guess everyone needs an occasional escape from the nutsoness we have live through for the past couple years.
Next season of Project Runway needs to have one episode designing for Michelle.
