Please believe me when I tell you the FairTax is not what it is being sold as. It is a gimmick to complete the federal government's power grab, extending its reach to taxing our property, real and personal, which our founding fathers specifically agreed would only be taxed if the rule of apportionment were followed:
FOUNDING FATHER'S FAIR SHARE FORMULA
States’ population
__________________ X SUM TO BE RAISED = STATE’S SHARE
Total U.S. Population
In any event, here is a quick assessment of the alleged fair tax:
1.
H.R. 25 proposes to make it an offense against the federal government for a person to exercise an inalienable right of mankind ___the right to sell the property one has in their labor ___ unless they register with government, collect a tax for the federal government, file sales tax returns under the penalty of perjury, keep any records Congress may dream up, and also be subject to audits which will be necessary for compliance purposes which is what the American people now complain of under existing taxation!
2.
Neither the language of H.R. 25 nor the ringleaders behind the alleged fair tax propose to withdraw Congress’s power to lay and collect taxes calculated from profits and gains as were laid under the Corporate Excise Tax ACT of 1909 prior to the adoption of the 16th Amendment and were upheld in Flint vs. Stone Tracy! In other words, keep in mind that even if the 16th Amendment were repealed as the ringleaders of the alleged fairtax claim is part of their goal, Congress still would be able to imposes excise taxes calculated from profits, gains and other “incomesâ€

This is why the vote in the House and the Senate must carry either a 2/3rds majority, or 3/4 majority depending on which "rules" apply, if we are to follow the Constitution. So in every vote there must be a nesr unanimous "yea" for things to pass legislation. Anything else is usurpation, and tyrannical. This is why I don't like moneyed lobbying. It pays for votes, and men's souls, to cater to a few at the expense of many. And no-matter how benevolent a group starts out, history has continually shown that over time even those with the best intentions become corrupt. So exteme care and wisdom must prevail in our hearts and minds to thingsa that we either endorse, or disdain.

After sending Charlie Crist $2.5 million used to buy gourmet meals, Obama decides to have a White House cocktail party and serve $100 per pop wagyu steak to his guests, while those who pay for it who live in inner cities such as Harlem, Camden and Newark N.J, South Philly, etc., will be lucky if they can afford to supper size their dinner on Thanksgiving at a local fast food place.
When will America Wake Up?

If we can make 51 percent of America’s population dependent upon a federal government check, we can then bribe them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s productive population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Our Washington Establishment’s Marxist game plan, a plan to establish a federal plantation and redistribute the bread which labor and business has earned.
