Obama Wrecked The Economy, Now He's Working On National Security

My last column focused on the meltdown, unraveling and disintegration of President Barack Obama’s administration. But there was so much evidence of that in its handling of the economy, we didn’t have time to talk about another meltdown that is just as serious — how the administration is handling our national defense and national security. He’s bankrupted the economy and now he’s moving forward on plans that will destroy our national defense and national security.

During the campaign, Sen. Obama gave us every indication he would be weak on national defense, weak in fighting the war on terror and weak in defending our borders. As with the economy, he has proven to be worst than predicted.

I think I can make my case with three examples that show weakness and wrongheadedness that is truly beyond belief. You be the judge:

And didn't Eric Holder say something else against Americans recently?

To the effect that would are stupid,?

And President Obama said, "He wouldn't have said it that way."

Sorry, but Obama did not cause this financial mess nor the border insecurity. It was GWB and gang kowtowing to corporate interests looking for cheap labor and his push for amnesty for all those poor illegals looking for a better life. It was his "free market" ideas further deregulating banks, allowing them to give mortgages to anyone with a pulse, and it was Paulson coming out screaming on Sept. 15 that if Congress did not approve his fiscal rescue package the entire world would collapse, and the Congress believed it, passed the rescue within days without any time to read the package or think about the consequences. Reid has become an expert at pulling this off and Pelosi is taking up the same strategy.
DC was abuzz with the photo of Obama with his jacket off in the Oval Office. I just hope White House staff had enough shirts in his size to change every 15 minutes when he realized the entirety of the mess GWB left him. Sixty-five days in office and he hasn't cured the mess Clinton and GWB created in 16 years?
