    This is just horrible.

    I had 3 c-sections and my 3 month old needed surgery years ago. Anesthesia was needed in ALL CASES!

    The more we read this bill it's becoming a horror show!

    Kick that bill to the curb. Let Obama or Soros and Ezekial get surgery without anesthesia or one of their loved ones. They need their heads examined.
