With the Department of Homeland Security extending its public comment deadline to September 8 many groups which support open borders and "immigration reform" have fielded participants and started posting suggestions. Of course, the immigration lawyers are on there, violating their conflict of interest principles by advocating changes in public policy for their clients. Religious groups --like Catholics and Presbyterians-- have entered the fray with their usual sob stories about separating families.
