Senate Votes To Kill PRC’s EV Mandate

    By William Teach May 23, 2025 – 7:15 am

Once again I will state that I am not against EVs. If you want one, get one. What I am against is government forcing citizens to buy them, especially when the people mandating it aren’t driving them themselves
Senate votes to revoke California’s EV emissions waivers
The Senate on Thursday voted to revoke three vehicle emissions waivers in California, a controversial move that the chamber’s parliamentarian says Republican lawmakers may not have the right to make.
The vote was 51-44, with Democratic Sen. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan joining Republicans in voting in favor of revoking the waivers.
Ahead of the vote, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat, called it “the nuclear option.”
The three waivers the Senate revoked set stricter vehicle emissions standards than federal regulations. Two waivers relate to reducing tailpipe emissions from medium and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as limiting smog pollution from trucks.
The last is what’s frequently called California’s “EV mandate,” a rule that aims to phase-out gas powered cars and require all new vehicle sales in California be zero emissions by 2035. The rule to phase out gas powered vehicles goes into effect in 2026.
I wonder if all the media outlets who are for mandates would be willing to run polls across the country, see if We The People want the mandates. Especially in the People’s Republik Of California.

    1. Do you approve of mandating that citizens be forced to no longer be able to purchase fossil fueled vehicles, even hybrids, and can only purchase electric vehicles?
    2. Do you agree with government forcing truckers to only drive EV trucks, which will slow down deliveries and raise costs?
    3. Do you think that the politicians and bureaucrats forcing the mandates should be required to drive an EV before passing mandates?
    4. If you agree with number one, do you own an EV right now?

I’d love to see the outcome
Senate Majority Leader John Thune, a South Dakota Republican who supported revoking the waivers, said in remarks Tuesday on the Senate floor that “the EPA has submitted the waivers to Congress as rules — which is all that Congress has ever needed to decide to consider something under the Congressional Review Act.”
But Democrats say such a vote is illegal, and argue overruling the parliamentarian and bypassing the filibuster sets a dangerous precedent.
I don’t care, Margaret. How many of you Dems are currently driving EVs?
California Gov. Gavin Newsom and state Attorney General Rob Bonta announced Thursday that they would sue the Trump administration over the vote.
“This Senate vote is illegal,” Newsom said. “Republicans went around their own parliamentarian to defy decades of precedent. We won’t stand by as Trump Republicans make America smoggy again — undoing work that goes back to the days of Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan — all while ceding our economic future to China. We’re going to fight this unconstitutional attack on California in court.”
Is Gavin driving around in an EV, or a fossil fueled SUV?

Your Fault: Sleep Apnea Worse Because You Drove A Fossil Fueled Vehicle

    By William Teach May 24, 2025 – 3:36 pm

Yes, your fault. Not the fault of the Elites who drive in big fossil fueled limos and fly private fossil fueled jets, of course. Just you, Mr and Mrs middle class, who take the kids around in fossil fueled mini-vans
Climate Change Is Worsening Sleep Apnea
We all have cause to take climate change personally. Not only do higher temperatures lead to such mega-events as droughts, heat waves, wildfires, and floods, they also affect human health—exacerbating asthma, allergies, cardiovascular disease, the spread of water-borne pathogens, and more. Now, it appears that a warming world affects us in one other, potentially life-threatening way. That’s according to a new, yet-to-be-peer-reviewed paper presented May 18 at the 2025 gathering of the American Thoracic Society in San Francisco. Researchers found that as the heat increases, so too does the incidence and severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), increasing the risk of hypertension, heart attack, stroke, and death.
Sounds like one of those drug commercials with people dancing and laughing and doing fun things, where taking the medicine results in extreme diarrhea, vomiting, and up to and including death.
“We were surprised at the magnitude of the association between ambient temperature and OSA severity,” said Bastien Lechat, the lead author of the paper and a senior research fellow at South Australia’s Flinders Health and Medicine Research Institute, in a statement that accompanied the recent presentation. “This study really highlights the societal burden associated with the increase in OSA prevalence due to rising temperatures.”
A 1.6F increase in global temperatures in 175 years is not a big deal.
In order to conduct their work, Lechat and his team collected data from 125,295 users of an under-mattress apnea sensor, in 41 countries, gathering readings recorded from January 2020 to September 2023. The sensor consists of an inflatable mat positioned beneath the point of the mattress that is at chest level with the sleeper. Changes in the air pressure within the mat record bodily, respiratory, and even cardiac motion. “By analyzing these signals with proprietary machine learning … the device can estimate a range of metrics, including sleep duration, sleep stages, awakenings, and periods of breathing cessation,” Lechat said in an email to TIME. Those cessations in breathing are what constitutes apnea.
Large study group. Is there any comparison to previous decades? Or, how about the Little Ice Age? Previous Holocene warm periods?
The researchers collected a median of 509 nights of readings from each individual, and then correlated the results with 24-hour ambient temperature models. The results were striking, showing a significant association between apnea and temperature in 29 of the countries studied, or well more than half. In those places, rising heat was associated with a 45% increase in the likelihood of an individual having at least one apnea episode on a given night. That does not come cheap. Crunching their numbers, the researchers estimated that across the sample group, the increase in apnea incidence resulted in a loss of more than 785,000 healthy life years—or years without disability or death—in 2023 alone. Loss of healthy life years has an economic cost too, with an estimated $32 billion reduction in workplace productivity in 2023.
Um, most have air conditioning. Climate controls. If it is warmer at night, and I won’t argue that it isn’t, mostly due to air pollution and more buildings holding heat at lower levels at night, which has little to do with CO2, we still keep our homes at a good temperature. I keep it 72 during the warm/hot months. Even if it is 85 outside at night, I’m still cool at 72. Especially with ceiling fans on. They are always on in Casa Teach.
For now, the mechanism linking temperature and the cessation of breathing is not clear. Lechat and his colleagues speculate that heat may lead to lighter sleep—which is the stage of sleep during which apnea tends to be more severe. Behavioral factors may be at play too: when temperatures are higher, individuals may be less likely to wear their continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) masks, which are prescribed to reduce or prevent apnea.
So, the whole rest of the article, in fact the “study”, is just bullshit? Scaremongering mule fritters based on speculation?

Funny how so many Cult of Climastrology articles start out with Doom Is Coming! and end in “well, um, you see, it’s all speculation”.

Defund NPR: They’re Pushing Electric Grills Over Fossil Fueled Ones

    By William Teach May 24, 2025 – 7:00 am

    Bunch of nags
Electric grills are a climate-friendly option to fossil fuel grills
Summer grilling usually starts with filling a propane tank or buying a bag of charcoal briquettes. But some people are ditching these fuels for a more climate-friendly electric grill.
Just before dinner recently, Stoio Kachev wheeled his electric grill across his family’s backyard patio to an electrical outlet, plugged it in and hit the power button.
“You can choose what temperature you want,” Kachev says, setting it to 500 degrees Fahrenheit on the digital display. “So you see it’s at 152 now and it’ll take about 15 minutes to get to 500.”
On the menu are two family favorites. “We are making some Bulgarian short ribs, and we’re going to make some Vietnamese pork belly,” says Doanh Nghiem. She and Kachev say convenience is the main reason they switched to an electric grill.
Must be crazy liberals to get all high-toned and fancy todo
Climate change is another reason Nghiem and Kachev switched. Before the grill, the couple replaced several fossil fuel items with electric ones — first their car, then lawn mower and trimmer, a water heater and last year the grill.
Switching from a fossil fuel-burning device to an electric one — called electrification — is a key climate solution, especially as they are powered by electricity generated from an increasingly cleaner grid that uses renewable energy instead of fossil fuels.
Piss off. It’s just not the same. Like using MSG instead of properly spicing food. These people are just insufferable, and, want to force Everyone Else to comply.

Who Wants To Explain ‘Climate Change’ In 1,000 Words?

    May 26, 2025 – 6:27 pm

    It seems rather tedious
Explaining Climate Change In 1,000 Words

In a previous post, I argued that we need a new American narrative for talking about climate change. This is a necessary but not sufficient condition for creating a bipartisan consensus across our political divide in order to establish stable, long-term policies to the benefit of all Americans. These policies must, as I’ve also written about before, strike the right balance between affordability, security, resiliency, and carbon intensity.
Crafting this narrative won’t be easy. I’ve been thinking about it for a while but am far from ready to try writing even a first draft. So I decided to start with something simpler which is to write 1,000 words explaining climate change. The audience is American citizens who are not experts, who have different levels of knowledge and interest, and who range across the political spectrum. I made the arbitrary decision that anyone willing to read a piece with this title would tolerate up to 1,000 words. And that’s probably stretching it given people’s busy lives and how much people use social media today to consume information.
You know what? I’m already bored with this cultish screed. The boredom starts with the notion that there MUST be bipartisan consensus to Do Something. Because when skeptics start saying these are good policies that might intersect with the cult, we are dismissed. Most Warmists refuse to accept building next generation nuclear power plants, for instance. I’d be fine with white roofing shingles, tax credit for EVs, and a few other things, because some are just straight good for the environment without being dictatorial. Some will help mitigate the Urban Heat Island effect without being dictatorial.
And, seriously, they’ve been trying to Explain and Spread Awareness for 35 years: what is going to change now. I can explain it in less than 1,000 words: anthropogenic climate change is a made up concept using the small increase in Carbon Dioxide, what the cult calls “carbon pollution”, to push for massive government control over citizens, during a period of warming that has happened on and off throughout the Holocene. If you want to know how real it is, take a look at the lifestyles of those pushing it the hardest, especially government “intervention”, and see if they are making their own lives “carbon neutral.”
Where does this leave the average American? Each person has to decide for themselves such things as how much time they want to spend learning about and engaging on this issue (e.g., through voting, community efforts, and expressing their views in various ways), how important it is in the total picture of their life, and what changes (if any) they want to make in their own lifestyles (such as diet and frequency and modes of transportation). People who have more money have the luxury of having more choices. Another important choice is the extent to which a person engages with others, including those who have a very different view. Whatever choices an individual person makes will have no effect on climate change. That said, America will benefit if everyone respects the choices that others make.
Yup, still bored. And notice that it is mostly about forcing Other People to comply.

Your Fault: Romanian Farmers Devastated By Cold Snap

    May 28, 2025 – 7:15 am

Remember, the climate cult says that cold snaps are caused by planet killing greenhouse gases
Farmers devastated after rare freeze wipes out nearly every crop: ‘In a scary predicament at the moment’
Extreme weather is wreaking havoc in Romania, causing damage to essential stone fruit. Fresh Plaza recently reported that consecutive freezing temperatures and frost have impacted harvest yields for the season.
Cold temperatures as low as 17 degrees Fahrenheit have hit Romania and lasted an entire week, according to Bogdan Baianu, CEO and co-founder of Romanian fresh produce exporter Cerasus Grup Romania. While Romania is not a stranger to these types of drops in temperature, frosts have never lasted five straight days.
As a result, stone fruits such as cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, and plums endured high levels of stress, according to Baianu. For peaches, about 90-100% of crops “have been wiped out,” and for cherries, about 70-80% of the harvest has been lost across Romania.
Baianu explained to FreshPlaza that the “freezing conditions have had a devastating effect on the stone fruit production in Romania.”
That’s bad. Usually they have warmer weather conductive to growing the crops at this time of year.
Extreme weather has been impacting crops across the globe, making our food supply more vulnerable and scarce. Farmers around the world have been trying to combat rising global temperatures, more frequent droughts, and, in this case, sudden temperature drops.
Got that? Carbon pollution driven extreme weather is causing ….. freezing conditions. Heck, it only made it into the mid-60s here in Raleigh Monday and Tuesday. It’s normally 83. Won’t get there Wednesday, either.

    Hi there, @ClimateCentral.

If the unusually warm weather in Florida last week was caused by global warming, does that mean that the unusually cold weather in the Midwest, Great Plains and Northeast was caused by global cooling? Because by your logic, that’s the case.

Bummer: German Court Throws Out Peruvian Farmer’s Climate (scam) Suit

    By William Teach May 28, 2025 – 3:46 pm

I’m pretty sure Peru would whither into a 3rd world nation without fossil fuels bringing tourists and goods, as well as sending goods to the rest of the world
Court throws out Peruvian farmer’s climate lawsuit against energy giant
A German court ruled Wednesday that one of the country’s largest energy giants is not liable for alleged harm caused by climate change in Peru, throwing out a decade-long claim by a farmer who sayshis mountainside home in the Andes could be destroyed by melted glacier ice.
The court found that RWE, the utility firm, was not obliged to contribute to the costs of protecting Huaraz, a city of some 120,000 people in the foothills of the Andes, from the risk of catastrophic flooding made more likely by climate change. The case was brought by one of its residents, farmer Saúl Luciano Lliuya.
“More likely”. What facts using the Scientific Method support that, and can it be positively linked to Mankind?
The judgment is a blow for climate campaigners who had sought to use the German court system to establish a legal precedent for making energy firms liable for the costs of mitigating the impact of climate change globally.
RWE, which has never operated in Peru, argued that individual emitters could not be held responsible for “universally rooted” processes like climate change. In a statement Wednesday, the energy firm welcomed the ruling, which found the risk of flooding to Luciano Lliuya’s property was too low to merit damages. RWE said that if granted, the claim would have had “unforeseeable consequences for Germany as an industrial location, because ultimately claims could be asserted against any German company for damage caused by climate change anywhere in the world.”
It’s all a shakedown, and, too bad the court didn’t specifically rule with that in mind.
In their case, Luciano Lliuya’s attorneys cited an analysis that found RWE’s mines and power stations were responsible for 0.47 percent of all emissions produced by people in the industrial era. As a result, they claimed that the energy firm was liable to pay about $20,000 toward the building of a protective drainage system for Huaraz, about 0.47 percent of its projected total cost.
The city is at risk of catastrophic flooding from Lake Palcacocha, a pool of melted glacier water that has swelled in recent decades as the nearby Palcaraju glacier melts. According to an attribution study published in the journal Nature Geoscience in 2021, the melting of the glacier would be virtually impossible in a world without climate change.
How big was the glacier during previous Holocene warm periods?
At any moment, the lake could burst its banks and send a deluge of nearly 2 million cubic meters of water toward Huaraz below. About 50,000 people live on the banks of the Quilcay River, a high-hazard zone where the flood could be strong enough to sweep away small brick and adobe homes. In 1941, a glacial lake outburst flood killed one-third of the city’s population.
“At any moment.” In other words they do not know. And 1941, when CO2 was below the “safe” level of 350ppm? It’s all a shakedown. And, I wonder if a bunch of climate scam lawyers/groups put him up to this.

Fossil Fuels Companies Sued Over Death Of Person On Hot Day

    By William Teach May 30, 2025 – 4:39 pm

I doubt this will go far, but, the cult will keep trying, and I bet they now file more of these nuisance suits
Oil companies face a wrongful death suit tied to climate change
A lawsuit filed in a Washington state court claims oil companies are responsible for the death of a woman in Seattle during a record-breaking heat wave several years ago.
The case marks the first time oil companies have been sued over the death of a person in a “climate disaster,” according to the Center for Climate Integrity, an advocacy group.
Julie Leon, 65, was found unresponsive in her car on June 28, 2021 — the hottest day in Seattle’s history. The temperature in the city that day peaked at 108 degrees Fahrenheit. By the time Leon died of hyperthermia, her internal temperature had risen to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in King County Superior Court.
The suit names six oil companies, including ExxonMobil, BP and Chevron, that have allegedly known for decades that burning fossil fuels alters the Earth’s atmosphere, resulting in more extreme weather and the “foreseeable loss of human life.” But rather than warn the public, the suit says the oil companies deceived consumers about the risks.
“Defendants have known for all of Julie’s life that their affirmative misrepresentations and omissions would claim lives,” the lawsuit says. “Julie is a victim of Defendants’ conduct.”
Why did they wait almost four years to file the suit? If fossil fuels are so bad why was Ms. Leon in her car? Did it not have air conditioning? Why was she out and about?
In a rapid attribution study released days after the event, a team of scientists said the 2021 heatwave in the Pacific Northwest would have been “virtually impossible without human-caused climate change.”
In other words, they made some mule-fritters up, but, do they know what the actual temperatures were during the Medieval Warm Period? How about the Roman Warm Period? And others over the last 8,000 year? That would be necessary for comparison.
A lawyer for Chevron, Theodore Boutrous, criticized the lawsuit. “Exploiting a personal tragedy to promote politicized climate tort litigation is contrary to law, science, and common sense,” Boutrous said in a statement to NPR. “The court should add this far-fetched claim to the growing list of meritless climate lawsuits that state and federal courts have already dismissed.”
If it is not thrown out, and makes it through trial and the plaintiffs win, it will eventually die on appeal once it makes it out of the far-left Washington area. Right now, other than reimbursement for certain costs, such as medical and funeral, they have left damages open-ended, hoping the jury will reward them big time. But, more importantly, that the jury (a jury trial is demanded) find the companies liable in order to create more lawsuits, because you know there must be cult groups behind the suit.

Youts Sue Trump Over Climate (scam) Executive Orders

    By William Teach May 31, 2025 – 7:00 am

And, by youts, we all know this means many big monied climate cult groups astroturfing this
Young people sue Donald Trump over climate change
A group of young people — as young as 7 and as old as 25 — are suing the Trump administration to stop its assault on renewable energy and climate action.
Executive orders President Donald Trump signed to promote fossil fuels amount to an “unconstitutional” overreach of power, they allege in a complaint filed Thursday at a US District Court in Montana. The 22 plaintiffs also claim that by increasing pollution and denying climate science, the president’s actions violate their Fifth Amendment rights to life and liberty.
It’s the latest high-profile case brought against governments by youth concerned about how fossil fuel pollution and climate change poses risks to their health and ability to thrive as they grow up.
Two brothers, aged 11 and 7 and named “J.K.” and “N.K.” in the suit, “were born into climate change-induced smoke seasons that did not exist for older generations and which compromise their health,” the complaint says. (big snip)
The plaintiffs are seeking injunctive relief to block implementation of those executive orders and to declare them unconstitutional. They also claim that Trump lacks the authority to erode environmental protections passed by Congress under the Clean Air Act. The administration’s efforts to impede scientific research and remove climate information from federal websites amounts to “censorship” and denies plaintiffs access to resources they might otherwise be able to use to minimize risks they face from climate change, the suit alleges.
Will the defense lawyers or any involved judges ask if the kiddies have forgone the use of fossil fuels in their own lives? Also, have the lawyers who put this together actually read the 5th, and know what it means?
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Yeah, that’s all about criminal prosecutions, not a bunch of cultists trying to say a tiny increase in the Earth’s temperature over 175 years from the same fossil fuels the youts won’t stop using themselves violates their 5th amendment rights. It’s all very silly.
It’s also very silly, because these same youts are happy to take Other People’s property, liberty, and I bet are supporters of abortion.

Maryland Governor Vetoes Climate Scam Legislation

    By William Teach June 2, 2025 – 3:57 pm

This is rather unexpected, especially since Wes Moore is a Democrat
Moore Vetoes Key Maryland Climate Studies, Reversing Course on Environmental Justice Commitments
Maryland legislators and environmental advocates expressed dismay after Gov. Wes Moore vetoed a series of widely supported climate and environmental study bills last week, actions they believe not only mark a sharp departure from his climate promises, but also reflect a breakdown in communication between the governor and members of his own party in the legislature.
On May 16, Moore vetoed more bills than he had in the past two years combined, including multiple proposals that had passed with strong backing from legislative leadership and key climate coalitions.
The vetoes—affecting studies on climate costs, energy reliability, data center impacts and racial reparations—have left activists and lawmakers questioning whether Moore remains a reliable ally in the fight for climate and racial justice and whether his political calculus may have shifted, placing short-term cost savings above long-term structural reform.
Among the vetoed bills was the Responding to Emergency Needs from Extreme Weather (RENEW) Act of 2025, which would have tasked the comptroller and state agencies with assessing the total cost of greenhouse gas emissions and reporting findings by December 2026. Stripped down from its original version, which proposed financial penalties for fossil fuel companies, the bill was seen as an important step toward documenting climate damages and laying the groundwork for future polluter-pay policies. (snip)
In a letter to the Senate and House leadership, Moore stated budget shortage, agency workload and redundancy as key reasons for the vetoes (of the various bills). “Many of these reports are never read and simply collect dust on shelves,” Moore wrote, calling the expected $1.28 million cost “an unsustainable commitment given the state’s current financial constraints.”
It’s only $1.28 million, as they say, but, the money never really does what it says it does, it just ends up in people’s pockets.
Also vetoed was the Energy Resource Adequacy and Planning Act, which would have created a Strategic Energy Planning Office within the Public Service Commission to assess long-term electricity reliability, model resource scenarios and recommend planning strategies. It was designed to help Maryland manage increasing energy demands as the state transitions toward clean power. The office would have released a major report every three years, coordinating with state agencies and collecting public input. The veto stalls forward-thinking energy planning, critics said.
An initiative that would have just been yap yap while giving climate cult groups lots of taxpayer cash to make cult recommendations
In a separate letter to Senate President Bill Ferguson and House Speaker Adrienne Jones, Moore justified his veto of the Energy Resource Adequacy and Planning Act by citing fiscal constraints and overlaps. He pointed to the estimated annual cost of $4.4 million to $5.3 million, warning it would duplicate efforts and pass costs on to consumers. “This cost would ultimately be passed along to Maryland ratepayers at a time when we are actively working to limit their burden, not add to it,” he wrote.
Well, duplication was the point, so that the money went to friendly NGOs to do nothing.
“This veto is extremely frustrating and simply does not support the state’s climate goals,” said Kim Coble, executive director of the Maryland League of Conservation Voters. She said the RENEW Act study was a recommendation of the Maryland Commission on Climate Change and was supported by 69 percent of the members of the General Assembly.
Was it supported by the citizens of Maryland?
“Holding fossil fuel companies accountable will take time and legal action,” [Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi, a climate advocate and member of the Maryland Commission on Climate Change] noted, and added that Maryland needs to act now because climate harms are accelerating and lives are at stake. She warned that denying communities even the data to affirm their lived experiences undermines trust and preparedness.
Has anyone asked her and the rest on the commission if they have stopped using fossil fuels?

Media Having A Tough Time Describing Jihadi Who Attacked Pro-Israeli Protest In Boulder

    By William Teach June 2, 2025 – 10:30 am

    Here’s the “Paper Of Record”
A Man Attacked a March for Israeli Hostages in Colorado. Here’s What to Know.
Witnesses said the man threw an incendiary device into the crowd in a downtown pedestrian mall, according to the authorities. The suspect, identified as Mohamed Sabry Soliman of Colorado Springs, yelled “Free Palestine” during the attack, the witnesses said. Mr. Soliman, 45, was booked on multiple charges in the Boulder County Jail.
The attack may intensify deep unease in the Jewish community in the United States. In recent months, two Israeli embassy aides were murdered in Washington, and a man set fire to the residence of Gov. Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, who is Jewish.
Why would they have unease, what with all those Democrats and visa holders, especially from the Islam world, yelling “globalize the Intifada” and stuff?
The victims — four men and four women, who range in age from 52 to 88 — were participating in a weekly event called Run for Their Lives that is held in cities around the world, including Boulder. It is designed to call attention to the Israeli hostages taken by Hamas in the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks.
Mr. Soliman was taken into custody after witnesses pointed him out, Chief Redfearn said. The F.B.I. was investigating the attack as an act of terrorism, Chief Redfearn said, adding that the preliminary facts made it “clear that this is a targeted act of violence.”
OK, that’s all we get from the NY Times, and it was not even a top of the page article. How about the Washington Post?
Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, of El Paso County, Colorado, threw Molotov cocktails and yelled “Free Palestine” before he was taken into custody, police said, citing witness accounts of the attack. Two victims were airlifted for treatment at a burn unit, officials said.
That’s all we get. ABC News is lacking. Same with NBC News. The LA Times is running an AP article, which is lacking. Which mean the AP is derelict. CBS News gets close
Soliman is an Egyptian national, government officials confirmed to CBS Colorado. He arrived in California in 2022 on a non-immigrant visa, multiple sources told CBS News. That original visa expired in Feb. 2023, the sources said. Soliman had recently been living in Colorado Springs.
So, brought in by Biden, and is now illegally present
(Breitbart) Fox News’s Bill Melugin revealed that “three senior” DHS sources said Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, is “an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally,” and has overstayed his visa after entering the United States under the Biden administration.
Melugin added that he was “told” Soliman “arrived at LAX on 8/27/22 on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through 2/26/23, but he overstayed & never left.”
“I’m told on 9/29/22, he filed some sort of claim with USCIS, potentially an asylum claim, and on 3/29/23, USCIS under the Biden admin gave him work authorization, which expired on 3/28/25,” Melugin added.
He overstayed which is a legal violation, so, they gave him more legal status and the ability to work. Shameful

The video of an alleged terrorist from Boulder Colorado has emerged. He is heard saying “end Zionists” few times, also screams “Palestine is Free” at 28-29 second mark
