Thread: San Diego Reporter Attacked.

Investigative journalist John Mattes is an attorney and reporter known for his tenacity in tracking down cases of deception and consumer fraud. It was one such story John was working on today when he was viciously attacked by a man who had been making threats for weeks. The attacker is Sam Suleiman and his wife Rosa.

Thank you for posting this because I wanted to but I'm not good at it. But when I watched it I was hopping up and down mad.

I've made direct reference to this incident over at the city-data.com forum regarding Texas. People who move here illegally do not take our laws seriously. They want to treat our laws like they do their own in their original countries. It wasn't mentioned in the report, but I'd like to know, is the couple here illegally. Do they have forged documents? Considering what they're doing, I wouldn't put it past them. If they turn out to be committing fraud, which is the subject of the investigation, then who wants to bet they are good for deportation?

I bet 5 cents that they are deportable after being prosecuted and sued. I'm putting it in escrow. :P

I want to know about this story going forward.

When Rosa threatened him with "where do you want to go, to Tijuana or Ensenada" I practically choked. Then it got worse!

Saw this on Bill O'Riely last night. He said he is going to find out if they are here illegally. Gee, using flase names and SS# to obtain property and then running them into the ground, sounds legal to me
