Bill McCollum, Attorney General
State Of Florida

RE: Law Suit Against The Federal Government

I am requesting that the State of Florida sue the Federal Government on behalf of all Florida Citizens. The Federal Government is in violation of constitutional duties. The Federal Government has refused to secure our borders and to enforce our immigration laws. This criminal negligence has created a danger to all Floridians. I suggest the following points be addressed in the suit.

1. injuries, deaths, and property damage caused by illegal invaders

2. increase in property taxes due to providing free health care to illegal invaders.

3. increase in property taxes inflicted by invaders on the criminal justice system.

4. loss of property values due to illegal invaders using single family homes as boarding houses, goats for lawnmowers and future chicken dinners roaming in the neighbors yard

5. cost of educating illegal invaders.

6. destroying the rule of law

7. discriminating against Citizens in selective law enforcement

Your legal adversary would be Alberto Gonzales. Therefore, this case will be a slam dunk and look great on your resume.

Sincerely,

Shelva Preston
