    Powerball winner in South Dakota

    Gotta say it was so nice to see someone who speaks English winning a big lotto for once!

    The winners represent the buyers of lottery tickets and illegal aliens are just as good at losing money as we are. Only a small per centage of buyers win any money and for all the money won more money winds up in the hands of the government.
