President Bush Is "Six-Stepping" America and Mexico Into N.A.F.T.A.!

Plan to send troops to patrol the border with Mexico is designed to stimulate the "planned (verbal) conflict" so necessary to the proper operation of the Six Step Plan.

Subtitle: Using the proven principle of the "Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan", President Bush is gradually moving America and Mexico into joining as one nation -- N.A.F.T.A.

When President Bush told the American people that he wanted to make the securing of our southern border with Mexico a priority for the rest of his presidency, he was kicking off a serious effort to begin the process of convincing Americans that the real solution to this immigrant problem was to change citizenship from America/Mexico to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Association). The sole purpose of his speech was to continue the debate phase (Step #4) of the Six-Step Attitudinal Change Plan, which is nothing more than a domestic application of the Dialectic Struggle -- the planned struggle.

The President's speech was not so much a news story; rather, the hidden reality is that his speech was designed to accelerate the Six Step Plan. Let us quickly review the steps of this Plan and then see how this current news fits the Plan perfectly.

Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan

Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.

Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.

Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT of the debate.

Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.

Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.

Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.

Nothing seems so insidious to most people than the idea that some force is manipulating and changing their life silently, invisibly. People react so negatively, it seems they feel almost violated, almost raped. Back in the early 1960's, as I recall, the American people learned that a process of 'invisible' advertising had been successfully developed and tested in theaters, called Subliminal Advertising. Such an uproar of protest ensued that the movie industry pledged never to use subliminals for advertising purposes. This pledge came at just the right time, because Congress was about to pass legislation making the use of subliminals illegal. The pledge by the Entertainment Industry defused the crisis and Congress never passed such legislation. Even today, the use of subliminals is not illegal, even though most people still believe it is.

But, the point here is that people do not like being manipulated or bombarded with stimuli, especially if they do not know it is happening to them. The fear of the unknown ranks very high. How would most people react if they only knew how many times daily they were being secretly, invisibly bombarded with stimuli -- with stories, with staged debates, with many planned events, many of which were deliberately created or triggered -- that was changing their values and their attitudes? How would people react if they really understood that they are not their "own person", despite their fervent desire to be just that? These people would feel violated -- mentally and emotionally raped -- and they would be very, very angry!

This process is all the more insidious because the change in attitude occurs in the subconscious; thus, many persons are not even aware their attitudes have been changed.

Remember, the key to success is Stage #4, sheer repetition, which wears down people's attitudes against the issue. Even if an advocate of the subject under discussion is out-debated by an opponent, the cause of the New Age is advanced, because sheer repetition has been achieved. Thus, TV, newspapers, and magazines are free to produce documentaries that seem to support the Christian viewpoint on a particular controversial issue, because media executives know that many people will be moved to support their non-christian viewpoint just because they had viewed the debate.

Sheer Repetition -- This is the stage in which this immigration issue now has progressed. For years, the debate has raged as to what to do with the millions of illegal immigrants rushing over our borders and staying to work. However, nothing significant ever seemed to come with the endless debates. No what matter what any politician of any party said on the matter, Mexican immigrants just continued to come to America.

But, all of that changed very rapidly just weeks ago! Do you remember?

At the end of March, President Bush (America), President Fox (Mexico), and Prime Minister Harper (Canada) met in a summit in Cancun, Mexico. This very important summit should have been billed as a NAFTA Summit, for these three leaders approached nearly every subject from a Continent-wide perspective. In other words, these three leaders were acting as though the entire Continent was one nation.

Listen as this next news story clearly indicates that this is the case.

NEWS1002 -- "NAFTA -- THE SHOCKING "REST OF THE STORY"

NEWS1311 -- "U.S. WAR COLLEGE PROPOSES THAT A NAFTA MILITARY FORCE BE CREATED WITH THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND MEXICO!"

At the time of this NAFTA Summit, two other major events were unfolding as well.

1) The US Senate was considering very draconian legislation. "... Fox suggested one item at the top of his agenda is really out of their hands. The U.S. Senate is debating changes to U.S. immigration laws that could affect an estimated 6 million Mexicans living illegally in the United States. Bush is pushing for a guest worker program that would allow foreigners to stay temporarily in low-paying jobs, which Fox says is a good first step toward some form of legal status for all illegal Mexicans." (Ibid.)

This sentence reveals the "dirty little secret" of this entire issue of illegal Mexican immigration. Let us review the pertinent phrase again: "... good first step toward some form of legal status for all illegal Mexicans."

The "dirty little secret" is that Mexicans are being gradually moved toward full NAFTA citizenship, and will be on the same status as American citizens. One day soon, we will wake up to the news that all American, Mexican, and Canadian citizens are now NAFTA citizens. Now you know why critics claimed that President Clinton did not really have a "border policy" and why other critics are now saying the same thing about President Bush. The reality is that both Presidents Clinton and Bush have a very detailed "border policy", but it was one which could not, as yet, be shared with the American people.

Until some more interim steps are taken, and more conditioning has taken place, Bush officials will continue to pretend that the national status quo has not changed; rather, the debate will continue to be fought on the basis of whether giving illegal Mexicans some sort of legal status makes good business sense.

Now you know the truth.

The image of Mexico becoming part of America through the mechanism of the larger NAFTA means that Mexican "illegals" must become NAFTA legals.

2) Hundreds of thousands of Mexican immigrants took to the streets in protest, in city after city across this great land. Their impact could not have been more profound had they all been directed by one script-writer. Of course, Cutting Edge firmly believes these protestors were guided by one script-writer, because we have been paying close attention to this matter since the days of 1993, when NAFTA joined the burgeoning global 10-nation reorganization -- an economic union which would then gradually be maneuvered into a political nation with a single government, economy, currency, police force and military force.

This is the Plan and these events seemed tailor-made to make them come into reality. It seemed to us that, after years of debate over illegal immigration, the time had come for the "sheer repetition" called for in Step #4.

Now, let us examine President Bush's speech on immigration, so you can see how it was created in order to further the debate and sharpen its focus.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush Defends Border Security Proposal", Fox News, May 16, 2006

"WASHINGTON — President Bush and members of his administration on Tuesday were defending the president's border security proposal, saying they have enough resources to put National Guard troops at the border and to enforce other immigration reforms. 'The program to put guards on the border is one that will enable the Border Patrol to do its job better. It's very important for the American people because it's the Border Patrol that's going to be on the front line of apprehending people trying to sneak into our country..."

First headlines following the President's speech indicated that he planned to station National Guard troops on the border, prompting Mexico's President Fox to worry that the border was going to be "militarized". President Bush rather quickly moved to quell that idea, as the following article indicates.

NEWS BRIEF: "Nat'l Guard Not Expected to Patrol Border", Breitbart News, May 15, 2006

"The several thousand National Guard troops tapped for duty on the border with Mexico will not chase down illegal immigrants but instead will play behind-the-scenes roles in support of border guards, officials said Monday. Among the tasks they are likely to perform over the coming year: training federal Border Patrol guards, building barriers near the border, improving roadways, providing support for aerial and ground surveillance, analyzing and sharing intelligence, and providing communications systems and transportation, the officials said. The intent is to deepen the Guard's existing support for law enforcement agencies -- but only temporarily."

In other words, National Guard units will provide support and infrastructure assistance to a Border Patrol which has already been beefed up and will be beefed up again soon. Border Patrol officers will actually be patrolling the border, not National Guard troops using humvees, tanks, helicopters and other heavy-duty weapons of war.

National Guard troops will simply be providing infrastructure support, freeing up thousands of Border Patrol officers and giving the border interdiction greater capability. But, Guardsmen will not actually be involved in law enforcement.

Now, let us return to the Fox News story, above, to see that the planned end of this debate over border patrol is really not about border patrol, but upon becoming a "nation of immigrants" -- Mexican immigrants are under the microscope right now.

"Bush renewed his call for a temporary worker program that runs in conjunction with tighter border security, which he says must happen together for immigration reform to be effective. 'The objective is, on the one hand, protect our borders, and on the other hand, never lose sight of the thing that makes America unique, which is we're a land of immigrants. ... We're not going to discriminate against people', Bush said." (Fox News, Ibid.)\

President Bush's immigration speech last night was solely aimed at spurring the debate called for in Step #4 of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan. Governors of the southwestern states are already complaining that their National Guard is too stretched by the Iraqi War to be able to cover this new responsibility. You can just consider the remarks by these governors as just part of the "sheer repetition" called for by Step #4.

Already, increasing numbers of people find themselves no longer shocked by the proposal to legalize up to 11 million Mexican immigrants, because these Mexican workers "perform jobs in the economy no American would take" -- another important part of the conditioning process. You see, Step #5 is already under way.

Soon, a compromise speech will be made, people will jump on it, and we shall be on our way to the compromise called for in Step #6. Once the compromise position takes hold, America and Mexico will be on their way to becoming NAFTA citizens. The only question is how and under what circumstances Canadians will be brought into the NAFTA umbrella and how they will be convinced that it would be more advantageous to become NAFTA citizens than to remain Canadian citizens. It will be most interesting to see how this scenario develops.

The most revealing fact that this overall plan is working out is the summit in late March. The leaders of all three nations planned to incorporate their respective nations into the political NAFTA, they met in Cancun and they talked about world and regional issues as though NAFTA was already politically active and working.
