GOP Rep Jim Jordan: FBI Raided Trump’s Lawyer and Got Privileged Information Yet They Let Hillary Clinton Destroy Emails (VIDEO)

Freedom Caucus members, Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Mark Meadows (R-NC) appeared on Fox News Tuesday morning to discuss the DOJ missing the April 5th deadline to hand over documents on Obama’s FISA abuse and Hillary’s email investigation.

Rep Jim Jordan highlighted the FBI’s double standards in how they handled Hillary’s investigation versus their raid of Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.





“Think about the double standard. Yesterday we had the FBI raid the president’s attorney’s residence and his business and they got information that is privileged information,” Jim Jordan began.


Jim Jordan then pointed out that Hillary Clinton and her lawyers were able to choose what to do with her 60,000 emails.


Hillary got to choose which emails were personal and which ones they kept and which ones they destroyed.


No raid of Hillary Clinton or her crooked lawyers even though she destroyed evidence that was under subpoena.


Jim Jordan then finished by demanding the FBI and DOJ hand over the documents the oversight committee has asked for.

The Justice Department missed the initial April 5th deadline to give the House Judiciary Committee over 1.2 million documents related to Hillary’s email investigation and FISA abuses.


House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) sent a subpoena to the Justice Department on March 22nd requesting documents related to Hillary Clinton’s private server and email investigation.


Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was to appear before the House Judiciary Committee April 5th.


Bob Goodlatte requested these documents several months ago and only received a fraction of the documents.


President Trump blasted the DOJ for slow walking the unredacted documents related to Obama’s FISA abuse and wanted to know ‘what do they have to hide?’


It appears Rosenstein is seeking revenge on Trump which is why he personally signed off on the FBI raid of Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

Yeah, it's terrible thing they did. Rosenstein is going over the cliff. He can't find his way out of this mess he's started for no valid reason or purpose at all. Trump's frustrated by it as are all of his Trump Supporters, but Trump's smart, he knows the ole adage: give 'em enough rope and they'll hang themselves, and that's exactly what Rosenstein is doing.

Nice to see Jordan and Meadows come out in support of Cohen. Every Republican should do likewise. None of these people deserve anything that is happening to them. Not one of them.
