I know they have been talking about this for a while now, but this is the first I've seen where they actually filed suit.

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors voted Tuesday to file suit against Homeland Security.

The suit calls for the department to release records on Carlos Martinelly Montano, the illegal immigrant charged in an August crashed that killed a Bristow nun, said Prince William Chairman Corey A. Stewart.


“The board, in a unanimous vote, authorized the county attorney to file suit against the Department of Homeland Security to compel them to report on Carlos Montano, how it was that he was released, any documentation associated with Montano and finally any record of any contact between Homeland Security and Montano before he killed the nun on Aug. 1, 2010,â€
