If it were RON Paul running, I'd bite....but unfortunately his son might be trouble in the race department-he was reported to have said he believed segregation should have never ended.
But his dad Ron was reported by the liberal Huffington Post to NOT be racist.

I hope he jumps in. He can help to shake things up, and help to put the media on their best behavior,...if that is possible.
Hopefully the Tea Party will be asking some questions?........Real good questions?..........Before the media has too much a chance at running the show?.....which they will do unless there is some planning and trip wires set early?

I agree wholeheartedly. But I do like the idea of him getting into the fray and stirring the pot. I don't think he will get far, but, he can help to stir things a bit. He does have the ability and tenacity to speak in areas others run from.he needs to spend a few years in the senate so that people will get to know him better

I don't quite see it that way. The more the merrier. At the end of the day everyone should realize that there is usually only two dogs to choose from, that is after plenty of debate, and after the media has helped pick the winners.Too many wrong people in the so-called 'pot' is what gave us John McCain last time.
I also believe that Florida gave us McCain. They moved their primary up by one whole month at a most opportune time. Michigan was the balancing act that helped to throw a diversionary focus on the other idiot. The puppet masters, along with the media made Wonderboy into a rock star, as he had to win. A Republican was not in the tea leaves as how could a Republican bail out the banks? Bailout Fannie and Freddie? Bailout AIG? Buy Government Motors? Bailout GE? Pass a government health care takeover? Continue the wars? And print up so much money, and still expect to have a single Republican supporter still left standing? No Republican could have done so much and expect that the party still to retain a base.
All of the bailouts did not just magically appear. They were foretold and planned in advance. How could you have any Republican pull off that type of theft, and still expect to have any party left to continue the illusion? It takes two to tango.
And I still hope for Rand to jump in and ask the questions that the others will not. Shake it up. I know he will not win. And if Americans get confused by too difficult of questions, or their brains melt down trying to think outside of the box, then they will deserve what they get. Atleast some will be able to watch the show and perhaps more will wake up.
