As if this is something to be dancin' in the streets about? Government can't stimulate an economy. It can only drain it. The bigger it gets, the more it drains until it reaches a zienith and you get diminishing returns after that. A good example is the Great Depression. The government projects that FDR did only took more money from the people that they could ill afford to be without, and they weren't sustained jobs. They only worked for a temporary period until the project was complete, then they were out of work again wanderring the country looking for work. Cities and towns even put up signs to keep people out that said things like no work here keep moving on.

If this self deluted megalamaniac thinks the government is going to fix things he's fooling himself and anyone else who follows him. The only thing that stimulates the economy is government un-involving itself and leaving the people alone to prosper.
