Democrat Rep. Frederica Wilson led a congressional delegation to inspect an immigrant detention facility on Tuesday and following her visit she said that people who are "making fun of members of Congress" online "should be prosecuted."

"They went inside around 1 p.m. with the purpose of investigating the conditions that migrant children are living in," CBS Miami reported. "Joining Wilson was fellow South Florida Rep. Donna Shalala (FL-27), Rep. Bennie Thompson (MA-02), Rep. Brenda Lawrence (MI-14), Rep Yvette Clarke (NY-09), Rep. Katherine Clark (MA-05), Rep. John Lewis (GA-05) and Rep. Madeleine Dean (PA-04)."
"Those people who are online making fun of members of Congress are a disgrace and there is no need for anyone to think that is unacceptable," Wilson said during a press conference. "We are going to shut them down and work with whoever it is to shut them down, and they should be prosecuted."

Representative Frederica Wilson (D-CA) on Wednesday discussed her recent visit to a migrant detention center, calling on CNN’s “New Day” for the center to be “shut down.”
According to Wilson, the center she visited is led by “white men,” who she claimed are using the center of children separated from their parents for “profit and greed” by processing children in but not out.
“Are you suggesting that they’re being separated and kept away from any sort of prying eyes because this is a money making scheme? I mean, what do you fear is happening there?” host Alisyn Camerota asked.

“Yes, that’s what I think it is. I think it’s a money making scheme,” Wilson replied. “Instead of them processing the children out, they’re processing children in so that they can use government money to expand this facility, which is already about the size of three football fields with thousands of children. And every day they’re bringing in new children from the border. So, there’s no real plan to exit these children out of this facility, but there’s a real plan to bring them there because they said to us we’re going to add permanent structures. Now they’re in tents. And it is so sad.”
She continued, “I said to one of the workers who’re all white men, no Hispanic men, no Hispanic women, everyone running this institution are white men. And I said to one of them, ‘I feel so sorry for these kids.’ He said, ‘We treat them well.’ I said, ‘I mean, I feel sorry for them because you have taken them from their parents.’ And he said, ‘Oh, because we treat them well.’ I said, ‘You think crowding them in a jail in beds that are one foot apart in a gymnasium full of just girls and right across the hall, right across the hall are the same age boys. That is very dangerous.’ And this place needs to be shut down. They’re making profit, greed.”

SO SO SORRY!!!!! Those so-called "White Men" working at that detention facility in Dade County could have been white but were probably from Cuba, Puerto Rico, Columbia, etc. etc. etc. Miami Dade County is 13% so-called "White" but that's a misleading figure because Spanish speaking people who also speak English are "White" in numerous cases in that county. That 13% White is composed of mainly wealthy Jews that still live along the intercoastal and ocean in Dade and a few Homosexuals that haven't left the South Beach area due to exploding rental and housing prices. I assume there's 1 or 2 socalled "White" living along the Brickell Ave. district in downtown Miami but they had to learn Spanish to work around there. The business langauge in downtown Miami is SPANISH!!!!! Neither of these 3 groups are working in that detention center. I highly doubt what's left of tradional White European so-called "White Men" in Broward and Palm Beach Counties would be driving all the way down to South Dade to work at this place either. Miami-Dade County is an OVERCROWDED disaster area due to our 1965 immigration act and 1980 refugee admissions act. The DISASTER has spread up to Broward and Palm Beach counties also, but these 2 counties are not quite as bad as Dade but are well on their way to becoming overcrowded dysfunctional societies also and espiecally in Broward County. This lady is "FULL OF IT"!!!!! The Black American Reps. from that district who preceded her, were the same loud mouth race-baiter types as her. I remember them well.
