Here is another deceptive article about the FairTax Act.

Of course, the article avoids listing how, if adotped, it consolidates more authoritarian taxing power in the hands of our federal government, e.g it.:

creates two new tax collecting agencies, an “Excise Tax Bureau” and the “Sales Tax Bureau", in addition to keeping the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms alive, which will also be collecting taxes.


Imposes the new 23% “FairTax” on American citizens and businesses while Congress’ power to lay and collect taxes on “incomes” remains fully intact;


requires taxpayers to file Fair Tax returns twelve times a year;


requires ordinary working people to register with government in order to exercise a fundamental right of mankind . . . selling the property each has in their own labor;


requires ordinary people to become tax collectors for government;


requires taxpayers to keep whatever records Congress may dream up;


allows Congress to lay and collect countless “excise taxes” which members of Congress may dream up, and could be calculated from profits, gains and other incomes;


creates a new entitlement, the “Family Consumption Allowance” [a monthly government check sent to every “qualified family” in the U.S.] that would become another political partisan wedge-issue used during election time to buy votes in addition to making an enormously large segment of those who vote extremely dependent upon government to access their monthly necessities of life.

Why is our popular media so negligent in not reporting how the “FairTax Act” is really designed, to strengthen the federal government’s iron fisted taxing powers?

There is no “humanitarian crisis” at our southern border as erroneously reported on Fox News. It is an outright invasion of the United States, intentionally orchestrated and perpetuated by the leadership of our tyrannical federal government which includes traitorous, judges, legislators, and our current president of the United States.

FactCheck.org has called out President Biden, Chuck Schumer and the rest of the Democrats lying about the viability of the “Fair Tax,” a 30% national sales tax (not even including state and local sales taxes) that would create a new entitlement program and lead to a European-style Value Added Tax:

The bottom line is, as confirmed by the above article, the FairTax Act is a very, very bad idea and would enlarge our federal Governments taxing capabilities and it certainly does not have “Widespread GOP Support”.


In fact, there is only a handful of Republicans who support the alleged FairTax.



The only reasonable explanation I can think of as to why Rep. Buddy Carter has latched onto the so-called FairTax is, that he has not studied the text of the Bill himself and is relying on one or more of his lazy staff members representations of H.R. 25 which they may have gotten from the propaganda and misrepresentations found at the fairtax web site, or in the fair tax book authored by Neal Boortz and Congressman John Linder, both of whom have done a disservice to working on real tax reform.

Of course, the author never really points out how the alleged fairtax actually establishes a new 23% federal tax which is in addition to Congress still maintaining the power to lay and collect taxes calculated from profits, gains, salaries and other "incomes".

I was just on Cspan about the Fair Tax and a caller mentioned, how does a 30% consumption tax affect Seniors, low-income, etc.

And there will be more Black Market selling of goods to avoid it. Just like the tax on marijuana, now we have a Black Market. They thought they would rake in the dough on pot sales. Only to squander the money on their pet projects.

This corrupt money-grubbing swamp needs to GUT the IRS, lower our taxes and stop wasting our hard-earned tax dollars.

Talking about the "corrupt money-grubbing swamp", almost everything this Administration is doing is an outright attack on the general welfare of the United States and her citizens, e.g.:

Flooding the United States with millions upon millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal foreign nationals;

Allowing deadly drugs to pour across our border which is killing our nation's youth;

Hollowing out our military’s seasoned officers, troops, seamen and pilots by discharging them for not being injected with an ineffective and experimental “vaccine”;

Allowing the Chinese Communist Party to fly their intelligence gathering air-craft over our military installations

Draining our militaries weapons of defense by transferring them into the hands of foreign nationals;

Emptying out our strategic oil reserve which is specifically intended for use in a national emergency such as war;

Shutting down our nation’s ability to produce cheap fuel needed for our nation’s manufacturing competitiveness;

Imposing unrealistic regulations upon our nation’s businesses and industries which in turn is destroying our manufacturing capabilities and global competitiveness;

Flooding our country with a worthless paper currency causing consumer goods to double and even triple in price;

Working to transfer our nation’s technology to hostile foreign countries . . .

And the list goes on and on and proving this Administration and the Democrat Party Leadership is engaged in traitorous policies and intentionally working to bring the United States to its knees.

There is no surer way to weaken, subdue and bring to its knees a prosperous and freedom loving country than by flooding it with deadly drugs, an inflated currency and the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries.

And giving Electric Vehicle "tax breaks" to the wealthy who are the only ones who can afford to buy these $80,000+ EV's.

Democrats are such lying hypocrites who pass tax laws and loopholes that THEY use to pay as little taxes as possible then blame it on the Republicans. What a putrid swamp this is.

We need to wipe the slate clean of all of them and demand Term Limits. No lobbyist payoffs, no dark money campaign donations and ONLY legal U.S. citizens of the state can contribute to their candidate. No more California, Zuckerburg, Gates and Soros donating to states campaigns they do not reside in.

Funding the corrupt United Nations and then the UN gives OUR money, in debit cards, to illegal aliens to invade our country and destroy us.

Add to the fact they are allowing China and foreign governments to buy up our land, use up our water, to grow food and control our food sources! Food and alfalfa which they use our water to grow and then ship out of our country. What a racket!

No foreign government, non-citizens, illegal aliens, refugees, TPS, asylum liars, or foreign persons should be able to buy ANY real estate here, be it land, commercial buildings, or housing. Lease only.



This is like a science fiction horror movie.
