As we reported yesterday (see below), the voter fraud alarm is flashing red in Broward and Palm Beach Counties in Florida. Florida Governor Rick Scott filed a lawsuit against Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes (see below) who has been in hot water before over an election. it’s also being reported that Scott ordered all ballots seized.
Rick Scott: “We got some left-wing activists. We got some Democratic D.C. lawyers. They’re down here for one purpose, to steal this election.” Scott adds that the Broward County Election Supervisor has “found 78,000 new votes since election day, 2 days ago, in Broward County.”

Trump's announcement followed the breaking news out of Florida on Thursday night that Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott has filed a bombshell lawsuit accusing Democrats of coordinating an effort to "steal the election."

"In his lawsuit against Broward County, Scott and the National Republican Senatorial Committeee (NRSC) allege that officials there are continuing to hide critical information about the number of votes cast and counted," Fox News reported. "And in a parallel suit against Palm Beach County, Scott and the NRSC charge that the election supervisor illegally used her own judgment to determine voter intent when reviewing damaged absentee ballots."

News of the lawsuit followed a video clip that Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) shared on Thursday which allegedly showed people turning in boxes of ballots in private cars to a large rental truck.
The Daily Wire reported earlier on Thursday that more than "100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County on Thursday after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election."

Brad Parscale, Trump's 2016 and 2020 campaign manager, weighed in on the latest developments out of Arizona and Florida, saying that he believes that Democrats in the counties that are in question are "playing tricks" to overturn the election results.
"These democrat counties in Florida and Arizona are playing tricks because they just can’t accept the fact they lost," Parscale tweeted. "I will not be shocked if investigations lead to rampant fraud. Republicans need to send every lawyer we have to protect the legitimacy of these elections."

The Florida gubernatorial race is officially headed for a recount, as late votes have poured in, narrowing the margin by which Republican Ron DeSantis leads Democrat Andrew Gillum.
The late votes are coming from Broward and Palm Beach counties, the Sun-Sentinel reports. According to the latest vote tally from the Florida secretary of state’s office, DeSantis leads Gillum by just 0.47 percent. Florida state law requires a mandatory machine recount if the margin between two candidates is less than 0.5 percent.
Gillum conceded the race to DeSantis Tuesday evening, but since the additional ballots have been counted his campaign has released a statement indicating it will seek a recount if necessary.

DeSantis currently leads Gillum by 38,515 votes. Likewise, Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott leads his opponent, incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., by roughly 22,000 votes. The Senate race is also headed for a recount.
Historically, election recounts shift vote tallies by hundreds of votes, not tens of thousands. In the 2008 Minnesota race, Democrat Al Franken trailed by 212 votes when a recount was called. After the recount, he won the race by 312 votes. In the most famous election recount in recent memory, during the 2000 presidential election, the margin between Republican George W. Bush and Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore was 1,784 votes, with Bush leading. After two recounts, Bush’s lead was reduced to just 327 votes, and the case ultimately went to the Supreme Court.
