    SC pilot's rescue mission thwarted due to arrest threat

    Now, here's some crazy news ... rescue efforts thwarted? Huh?!

    A citizen has his own helicopter and attempted to help people affected by Hurricane Helene.

    Note: Not thwarted by FEMA, but a Fire organization in the area.
