    Sebelius Admits Accounting Shenanigans in ObamaCare Spending

    Yesterday the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee heard testimony from Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. Representative John Shimkus (R-IL) asked about the double counting of the $500 billion of savings which seemed to still helping the bottom line of Medicare and contributing to the funding of Obamacare. He asked Sebelius which program was supposed to receive the benefit of that Medicare cut, she answered, “Both.â€

    And on top of it they are giving waivers out like they were candy... That alone should make this healthcare debacle illegal....

    Federal Judge Stays Own Ruling Against ObamaCare

    On January 31, U.S. District Court Judge Roger Vinson of the Northern District of Florida ruled that President Barack Obama’s healthcare law is unconstitutional, essentially halting implementation of the law. However, on March 3 he issued a stay of his own ruling, thus allowing implementation of the law to proceed.

    The judge wrote that he believed the stay would be beneficial for two reasons. First, “the defendants do have some … likelihood of success on appeal.â€
