Senate GOP Leader Warns of ‘Looming Entitlement Crisis’ – $495K Per Household

(AP Photo/Pablo Martinez Monsivais)(CNSNews.com) - Americans face a ‘looming entitlement crisis’ in which every American household already shares nearly $500,000 in debt, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said Friday at the National Press Club.

McConnell, who became the most powerful Republican in Washington with the departure of former President Bush on Tuesday, called on Democrats to use their expanded powers to address the entitlements problem.

“The expansion of entitlement spending is a looming crisis that has been overlooked for too long,â€

Great idea!!

Now, let's say we start with cutting out the "entitlements" to illegal aliens and other foreign nationals as well as to all of their special interest groups and organizations?

With our current financial crisis, there is absolutely NO excuse, or justification, to continue providing untold billions of dollars in food, shelter, utilities, health care, cash assistance, etc., etc. to illegal aliens....either directly or indirectly via their anchors......already here and leaving the door open to receipt of those same benefits by new arrived illegal aliens here to take what they can get.

Further, there is no excuse, or justification, to continue importing millions of refugees, asylum seekers, and others who also wind up being subsidized by the American taxpayer.

STOP THIS NONSENSE ALREADY!!!!

All the taxes in the world won't fix it. Also not to mention all we are expected to fund world wide. Help is one thing....but it doesn't appear like help coz I'm not seeing much change after it's given.
