In January, Spacey pleaded not guilty, and also publicly denied groping the teen.

Little filed a civil suit against Spacey last month where he claimed the alleged incident left him with "severe and permanent mental distress and emotional injuries."A week later, he dropped the lawsuit.

Nantucket District Court Judge Thomas Barrett gave the family until today to turn over a mobile phone which is said to have text message evidence of the alleged assault.

The family hasn't produced the phone or explain its disappearance after police inspected it.

It was claimed by the family that the t police and the prosecution never returned the phone to them, but police claim they returned it after approximately 20 days in custody.

According to The Washington Examiner: Mitch Garabedian, attorney for the accuser, said today that his client had gone through several phones since the time of the alleged assault and did not believe that messages from the night in question had transferred to each new device

"Spacey's defense team wants to examine the phone, which they believe will have evidence that proves their client's innocence, including video and texts.

Spacey's lawyers also believe that Unruh and her family tampered with the texts in question, deleting several messages that would show accusations to be false.

Jackson has repeatedly stated his belief that Unruh and her son filed the charges hoping to receive a financial windfall from a high-profile celebrity.

In 20 minutes of questioning over the cellphone in a Nantucket courtroom Monday, the accuser said he has tried to recover specific texts from the night of the alleged incident but has been unable to do so.

The defense pressed particularly hard on questions of whether the accuser had deleted messages and photos relating to the incident.Unable to give satisfactory answers, he pleaded the Fifth Amendment, which strikes his testimony from court records.

The accuser's father took the stand next to and was also unable to give any definite answers about the missing phone or text messages, but the line of questioning left him sharply defensive and visibly annoyed.

Judge Barrett warned him several times that he was close to being in contempt of court.

Unruh herself eventually took the stand, though there was some question about whether her testimony had been tainted.

She was meant to be sequestered during her son's testimony, but the court was alerted that she had been watching on TV, which would compromise any statement she would give later.

She claimed she didn't hear most of her son's testimony and was allowed to take the stand.She vigorously denied destroying the phone or deleting messages that would relate to the incident in question, but did admit to deleting messages from her son she deemed to be "rough" and sounding like they were from a "frat boy," including some racist epithets and images of him using drugs.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for July 31 in Nantucket, when the defense is expected to move for dismissal.

Bill Clinton flew on Epstein’s Lolita Express at least 26 times according to flight logs and the billionaire sex offender had 21 phone numbers for Clinton.
Others who have been connected to Epstein include a number of A-list celebrities, but many of them broke off contact with Epstein after he was convicted in 2008 for having sex with an underage girl.

Virginia Roberts, an alleged child victim of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking scheme, claimed that he ran his operation for the purposes of blackmailing his elite clientele.

“There were times when I was physically abused to the point that I remember fearfully thinking that I didn’t know whether I was going to survive,” she said.

Roberts, who claimed she was forced to have a sexual encounter with Prince Andrew of Great Britain when she was only 17, told a court that Epstein taped her having sex with powerful individuals, and she believes that federal authorities have the footage.

“Based on my knowledge of Epstein and his organisation, as well as discussions with the FBI, it is my belief that federal prosecutors likely possess videotapes and photographic images of me as an underage girl having sex with Epstein and some of his powerful friends,” she said.

Roberts eventually received a favorable decision from the jury in her civil suit against Epstein in 2017, but claimed that she was the victim of a “major cover-up.” That cover-up may finally be unwinding, as Epstein was charged with the sex trafficking of minors on Saturday and 2,000 documents related to her case have been ordered to be released by a federal appeals court in New York.

Roberts went public with her allegations in 2011 and was interviewed by the FBI shortly afterward at a U.S. consulate in Sydney, Australia. She wrote at the time that “they seemed like they were being blocked from doing what they wanted to do – which I thought was to arrest Epstein and his powerful friends for all of their illegal sexual crimes.”

“I have asked the FBI to show me the video surveillance and other pictures of me that I believe they have in their possession,” she said. “They said that I would have to go to the prosecutors to get them. But the prosecutors will not share anything with me.”

“There are also many people who could confirm what I am saying. I hope that these people will come forward and tell the truth,” she added.

Now that President Donald Trump is in power, the federal authorities are echoing her sentiments and urging all victims to come forward to build the ongoing case against the Democrat-affiliated sex criminal.“If you believe you are a victim of this man, Jeffrey Epstein, or if you have evidence or information related to the conduct alleged in the indictment unsealed today, we want to hear from you,” U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman said to potential victims during a press conference today.

“The charges are very serious, and they carry a maximum of 45 years in jail, which to someone of Epstein’s age is basically a life sentence,” Berman added.

The new prosecution of Epstein for the alleged sex trafficking of minors and a subsequent disclosure of the treasure trove of information regarding his clientele may be the golden opportunity to drain the swamp that the Trump administration has been waiting for.

As you may know, serial underage sexual abuser and billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested again on Saturday for the same ol’ thing: Underage sex trafficking between 2002 and 2005.

Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested for allegedly sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York from 2002 to 2005.
The 66-year-old registered sex offender faces an indictment in which he will be charged on one count of sex trafficking minors and another for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors.
Epstein was busted for this very same thing earlier in the 2000s, and about a decade ago reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors, including our current Labor secretary, Alexander Acosta. Epstein pleaded guilty to the charges but only served 13 months in prison rather than as many as 10 years considering that of his many victims, some were believed to have been as young as 14.
Why would any prosecutor agree to that? In fact, why would then-FBI Director Robert Mueller, who recently completed a probe into alleged “Trump-Russia collusion” that didn’t exist, let a predator like Epstein off so lightly? As The Gateway Pundit reports, Mueller wasn’t just head of the FBI at the time, he was actually involved in Epstein’s case, which was run out of Washington, D.C.
In fact, according to some digging by Internet sleuth and lawyer who goes by “Techno Fog” on Twitter, Epstein may have been an FBI informant…for Mueller.
Techno Fog notes that there isn’t anything in Epstein’s 2007 plea agreement with the Justice Department that “required him to provide information to the FBI…This begs the question of whether there was a separate agreement — still undisclosed — with the FBI.”
