(CNSNews.com) - Three top House Republicans sent a letter to the White House counsel Wednesday saying they believe that a memorandum the counsel released Friday purporting to explain the administration’s actions in offering to appoint Rep. Joe Sestak (D.-Pa.) to a federal position in exchange for Sestak declining to make a Democratic primary run against Sen. Arlen Specter (D.-Pa.) presents a set of facts that appear to violate the law.

I think they've broken the law. The whole purpose of the law is to prevent interference in free elections because anyone who wants to run including primary elections to earn the party candidacy for a general election needs to feel and be free to run, without inducement of job offers or appointments from the White House or anyone acting on behalf of the White House not to run, which is exactly what this White House tried to do, not once, but twice.

How many other races have they interfered in where they have given someone a job to keep them out of the race altogether that we don't know about?

Wake Up Americans. If you wanted to run and were discouraged from doing so by the White House and offered a job or position in return not to run, then please go to the press and report it. Please. It's very important that the people know how many races have been changed because of job or position or appointment offers made by this White House.
