    I would think by now Apu would have overstayed his H-1B. I began to suspect this when none of my inquiries were answered. I am almost totally certain this indicates an attitude of non-compliance.

    I'm pretty sure Monty would just get illegals from a day laborer site to run the nuclear plant. Of course, that would put Homer out of a job, so then he would join our cause!
