Some one need to explain to Bush, Rumsfeld, Rice and Chaney

Some one need to explain to Bush, Rumsfeld, Rice and Chaney what “dead” mean and what staying the course mean for our troops. Evidently, they have not seen their buddies fall and not get up ever again. This is not a John Wayne movie. Those dead troops will never see their parents, siblings and children and friends again. One troop is one too many for a n unjustified war. No cause is worth the 20,000 dead Iraqis, almost 3,000 troops and 20,000 physically and mentally wounded. This has to stop. They need to put their pride aside and bring our children home. A live loser is better than a dead winner or lose. Win or lose, it is all in vain.

    Dyehard 39,

I spent 30 years in the the military service of this country and served all over the world, including Vietnam. There, we lost over 50,000 brave men and women and thousands more were wounded!! It was whiners like yourself that caused us to lose that war and it is whiners like yourself that will cause us to lose this one.

Do you want these islamic terrorist to come back into our country and kill thousands more of our innocent civilians? I don't!! Quit whining!

As an ex-military member and one who comes from a long line of military, I take offense to this remark.

No cause is worth it? If you really believe that, then of all the countries in the world, why are you in America?
I don't care what you call me, so long as you call me AMERICAN.

If the cause is freedom, justice and human rights, those things for which our founders so nobly fought, I believe any cost is worth it. I am willing to lay down my life for these things, as many of our founders did.

However, if the cause is nation-building, oil profits and regional and world dominance in the name of 'The New World Order', then I shall just as easily give my life in opposition, also as our forebears have done.

The Oath of Office includes the words,"... to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States from all enemies, both foreign and domestic." It's those last 4 words that really get me. Our Founders realized even then that the Constitution would be under threat from domestic enemies.

George W. Bush has been quoted as saying that the Constitution is a "G-D piece of paper!" Sounds like an enemy to me.....

If you Google the phrase, you'll find several references.

Never heard that. I do think he's a traitor, though. I also think every politician in office who does not think we should protect our borders and way of life here is a traitor.

    Exactly.

I may not agree with why they are doing something, and even they may not agree. However, I still will never say a soldier's death is meaningless for the simple fact that they showed courage and honored their duties to the fullest. I don't expect everyone to understand that because I'm not sure they could unless they have been/are military or at least grew up in that environment.

The fact that our leaders are sending our young men and women to their deaths for the wrong reasons in NO WAY lessens the valor and sacrifice of our military. They have my undying respect and gratitude.

It is not their fault Dumsfeld, Chain-ye and Bushit are traitors.

and he gave the following as a source:

The below is a little background on Jeff Rense, the author of the website that quotes George W. Bush as saying the Constitution is a G..D... piece of paper. Any one who covers UFO and supernatural phenomenas , I cannot hold much confidence in what he reports. Sorry PinestrawGuys! I still don't believe George W. Bush would say such a thing.

Jeff Rense is a television news anchorman who lives in Southern Oregon. He is a conspiracy theorist and is the host of the Jeff Rense program, broadcasted on radio and on the Internet.

Rense originally became famous in the 90s with the program "Sightings". His radio program and website (see below) cover such subjects as UFO reports, paranormal phenomena, conspiracy theories, reports of new diseases and a plethora of other material rarely covered by the mainstream media.

As I said, there are several sources if you Google the phrase.

And could you provide a source for YOUR quote?
