Speaking from experience, age may have its wisdom but it also has its stagnation. As we grow older we tend to rely more on past solutions than we do on the future. I’m an advocate of term limits for congressmen and women, there comes a time when congressmen need to step aside and let fresher more active minds take over. Congressmen like old athletes can stay one game to long. The 21st century needs those in congress who understand the 21st century.

I totally agree. Holding federal public office should no longer be viewed as a rise to power, but rather a rise to servantude with honor. This will happen with term limits. However, the revolving door with the lobbyists will also have to be addressed.
