    Ahhhh, finally I get the meaning of "identity politics". It means identifying with a group and using your power for their political gain. I really thought that was against the law and biased(also a hate crime).

    Sotomayor is Latina and above the law, it seems, while my White (Caucasion) blood brother, who served two tours in Viet Nam, has no representation since he isn't a member of any group who will look after him. BTW, he's dead. He's just a dead White guy who fought for America and NCLR couldn't care less.

    Bottom line, La Raza is about Hispanics and couldn't care less about dead White guys who fought for this country. Now, don't get me wrong, many Hispanics have also fought and they have La Raza to support them.

    My point is, dead White guys, the descendents of American founders are left out in the cold and La Raza could care less about their efforts.
