Headless body left at Chihuahua home

EL PASO -- A woman awoke Wednesday and found a decapitated body outside her home in colonia Industrial in Chihuahua City, state police said.

The dead man was found wrapped in a blanket. His head was in an ice-cream box wrapped with gray tape.

A wave of homicides have been taking place across the state of Chihuahua this year, linked in part to a war between drug cartels.
